I'm trying to make a callout with story characters but don't know how to replace default suspect and victim peds with story characters I'm new to this so could use guidiance

I'm creating a callout but when I finished making it I tested it and am new to modding so If anyone could help me I will send you the file to test out so I can fix the problems

one issue I found with the suspicious vehicle callout is that when you do a license plate check your custom character is listed as the registered owner of the vehicle hopefully you can fix this

I did not it was working with 0.4 though if you tell me everything I need to remove I will gladly do so as I do not know what comes with the default gta v folder

theses are from gta v root folder these are from lspdfr folder these are the plugins I launch with rage plugin hook these are lspdfr plugins/ callouts

can someone please explain to me why lspdfr keeps crashing with game memory error and I have not edited any files I am really started to get frustrated because I have not been able to play lspdfr since the 0.4.1 update and I miss it. I am also getting a character picker shut down error as well any help would be much appreciated as I want to get back in the field and one last thing im getting an inventory.xml failed to parse error as well. RagePluginHook.log
