I'd hate to be another "lights are not flashing" post writer. However, I have tried everything to fix the lights. I have switched car models, looked on the lspdfr forum dropped in the right files to the ELS folders. I have also used the guide provided by Giordano on the forums to solve all the potentials problems with the lights. However, it has failed to fix the problem. I am a little curious about the fact that ELS has never worked for me. I unsure why, I have even switched key bindings, and nothing seems to work. A few things to consider: I am using the patchday9 folder when GTA V most recent folder is patchday 20. ELS has never worked for me, the control bindings never do anything for me, and have never have had the opportunity to make the light control console pop up.
