I never had this issue before and is really making me frustrated since I have tried everything

I had a fresh new install of gta, mods, scripts, RPH, LSPDFR, everything was working perfectly fine for like 2 days, went on-duty no crashes at all just doing great. Boot up the PC next day to play again, opened RPH like normal, I get to "Loading and Populating Game World" and "Loading Plugin "LSPD First Response" and boom game crashes saying "Grand Theft Auto V exited unexpectedly at first I thought it was a normal crash, start rph again and same thing over and over, started GTA without RPH and same thing again. Did not added any other mods or anything, game just decided to stop working. I decided to do the normal stuff when GTA crashes. Deleted the mods folder, Verified Game Files, Reinstalled GTA completely with a fresh copy again, no mods. Decided to take out Dinput8.dll and game started just perfect, loaded story mode and was able to play just fine, of course no mods or .asi files loaded because dinput8.dll was removed. I decided to add dinput8.dll again and game crashed again same message, I replaced it with the latest version of SHV/Dinput8.dll and same crash again. I heard that it may be a corrupted file from past topics involving the same issue, but no solution. If anyone has a solution or what it can be please comment below, even if you are not sure but maybe have an idea about it mention it.

This is almost a year later but with the new LSPDFR 0.4 I have the same issue as you, is it possible you could share it and explain what file was corrupted and how you fixed it?

I installed RPH and LSPDFR and everything was working fine, I installed vehicle mods, custom guns, sounds etc, the game run perfectly and was able to go on-duty no issue at all until I restarted my PC and double clicked RPH like normal and when I get to "Loading and Populating Game World" and Loading Plugin "LSPD First Response" the game crashes and it says GTA V exited unexpectedly I really don't know what the issue is, I have removed my mods folder and tried to run GTA without RPH and it keeps crashing when "Loading Story Mode" with the same message, I have verified my game files and "all files were validated successfully", any help? This is my RPH Crash Report: https://pastebin.com/EcagWT0F EDIT: I think I have found the problem and is ScriptHookV/Dinput8.dll. When I delete dinput8.dll gta works fine but .asi files do not load and if I move it back it exits unexpectedly when Loading Story Mode. I heard using an older version of dinput8.dll might fix the issue but I don't have one, if anyone's GTA works and they can load .asi files and play LSPDFR with no issues can link me their ScriptHookV/Dinput8.dll I will appreciate it a lot since mine does not work for a strange reason that I still don't know.
