I ended up going thru Rich Enhancement ini and disabled the suspect stamina & suspect trip feature and it seems like my issue is fixed for now.. I haven't experienced it since I disabled it so we'll see how it goes.

So I've had this issue for a while now. Whenever I get into a foot pursuit & I arrest the suspect & open STP to search/call transport etc. I usually get this weird slow run bug where I'll try to jog or run and my character will go into the running animation but runs very slow like if it was almost stuck/glitched in place. If this happens when I need to chase someone it makes it impossible as I'm moving very slow. The only temp fix I've found for this is to go ragdoll by jumping and pressing O/B on my controller and after 1 or 2 times running becomes normal again. Has anyone every experienced this kind of issue? if so any fix to this?

I always hated installing OIV files & such mods because even tho they have an OIV unistaller I don't trust it, and from previous experience they don't delete all the files so sounds like your mods are pretty corrupted per say. I would recommend deleting the mods folder and just doing a fresh install of all the mods again.

Like the title says. Whenever I request backup units for a pursuit or say prisoner transport. Mostly when it's 2 units in one vehicle, both will get out and assist but when call is over and I dismiss all "police buddies" usually 1 or 2 units will stay frozen in place while the other one gets in the car. I noticed after a while they get unfrozen and get back in the car if you wait long enough but this always seems to annoy me specially when I'm trying to have an almost perfect patrol. I have attached a picture of what I'm talking about. I can bump into the ped and they move but will stay standing in place. I have ultimate backup. Not sure if it could be something from the ini. Anything helps.

Yea I figured out the texture loss problem I actually read that forum thanks and I found out the vehicles problems too, it was a a Bearcat's vehicles meta I installed it was corrupted and made the game crash.

I figured out what causes the crash and is the vehicles. I did a complete fresh install again from scratch installed everything again and I had everything ready but no custom police vehicles and no crashes. Until I added an ELS LSPD PACK and game crashes same as before, this happens with any pack that I add any vehicles, and not only that I also get texture loss from it.

RPH Crashes after like 1 to 2mins of gameplay, unknown why, it was crashing before due to a callout but it was just a freeze and crash. Removed it and now it shows a message that RPH crashes and it generating a crash report.RagePluginHook.log

SOLVED- The crash was caused by the ELS 13 Tahoe such a simple thing that fixed it by replacing the ELS file and the vehicle with another one. Thank you for your help though I appreciate it a lot, now I can play LSPDFR again!

As I said after this message I reinstalled the game completely and started to add all my mods again one by one testing them, that includes the vehicles, RPH, LSPDFR, Plugins, and then all my .asi files such as PLD, Simple Trainer, and ELS and game started up fine, it crashed until I added SHV, and Dinput8.dll

I mean all the ELS vehicles are still available to be downloaded or do you mean like is corrupted that it doesn't exit?

I removed it from the directory and then deleted it. I'm installing a new fresh copy of GTA V again.

That is the one inside pack_default, there is no other ELS on unused.

Game was working fine, closed it, PC was turned off, later I boot it back up, game was not opened and I added a ELS Tahoe the vehicle’s meta that it needed, also added a brake light script and wanted to start it like normal and is when it started crashing, I removed the brake lights script as I thought it was the problem and game kept crashing, then I removed the mods folder, game crashed, this is when i started wondering and tried to remember what I did wrong, verified my game files, all validated successfully, still crashed, reinstalled the game, clean copy and game started properly, so I started to add my mods again such as LSPDFR, RPH and plugins one by one opening the game and testing if it loaded and it did, then i added my scripts, PLD, TrainerV, and ELS, and I actually started the game without SHV/Dinput8.dll because i forgot about those files so i downloaded latest version, and game was working like it was supposed to but as soon as i added SHV, and Dinput8.dll it crashed again so thats when I knew those were the problem.

Discord-rpc.dll DiscordRpcNet.dll They both came with the manual install of LSPDFR so I just dragged and dropped them. game worked perfectly with those files in, the game started to crash just out of nowhere.

I have already tried this, even packfile limit adjuster and heap limit adjuser and game still crashes.

If replaced police vehicles counts as addons I have exactly 14 on patchday18ng such as the normal ones: police1, police2, etc. I do not have any addon vehicles that are dlc.rpf
