  1. One other thing I thought of -- and this is more "personal preference" -- I absolutely love skins that allow you to choose the color of your car. Essentially the skin on a blank background. And it could be good to integrate the license plates into the skin (most templates have a spot for the plates) so they show up on the car if someone chooses to use these skins on a different car. I have concepts in my head, just not the skill to execute them
For a first go, it's really not bad. I like it. I might make a few slight tweaks (even if not necessarily those I outlined in my comments) here and there, but I could definitely see using these in my game.
  2. This is just personal preference from me but I would say if it's Local Patrol just put "Patrol"? Like the idea I'd have would be basically San Andreas State Police, then below that in a stylized font "Also proudly serving Blaine County" or "In cooperation with the Blaine County Sheriff's Office" or "In partnership with the Blaine County Sheriff's Office" Or "Blaine County Sheriff's Office" and under that "Highway Patrol in partnership with the San Andreas State Police" For the Local Patrol maybe "Office of the Blaine County Sheriff" and underneath that "Proudly serving Sandy Shores and surrounding areas" or "Blaine County Sheriff's Office" and on the front Fenders "PATROL" which opens it up for other variations like DUI ENFORCEMENT, TRAFFIC SERVICES and others. Again, these are all just ideas, and you absolutely do not need to take them. I am simply expressing my own personal preferences. I don't have the patience or talent to create anything worthy of being uploaded here. These are basically just ideas that would differentiate your skins from others. I think it's decent enough for a first go of it, certainly better than anything I could do.
  3. One thing I would point out is that it seems disjointed. It says "State Patrol" but also says "Blaine County Police" If you want it to be both, no problem. I might reword it to "Blaine County Sheriff's office" and "In partnership with the San Andreas State Police" Or "San Andreas State Police" "also proudly serving Blaine County"
  4. Any chance you'll update this to include the 2018 Charger?
  5. The 2018 Charger is absolutely beautiful. Great work, man
  6. Are any updates for this still planned?
  7. I like the split backseat/cage/weapon storage area. What is that inspired by?
  8. Can't promise this will work but try using your trainer to clean your vehicle.
  9. Fully recognize how unlikely it is that this is updated but the ALPRs seem to be missing their texture? at least in OpenIV, they show up as white and with no textured detail.
  10. I only wish this was ELS. I have absolutely no clue how to get non-ELS cars working.
  11. That's likely because the "audioNameHash" is not set to a police vehicle. For instance, cars I use where I use a 2018 Charger and the Windsor sound set, it doesn't make that blip because the Windsor, a non-police car, does not include that "siren chirp"
  12. This happened to me, too. It also happened with the passenger side rear door. It opens about 1/2 way and then gets stuck, and won't close.
  13. I would suggest a compromise: Knock it down to a handful of archives, with subfolders labeled for which pack they belong to. I don't know the file upload limit on here but I'd imagine you could adopt a middle ground where it's sorted by which pack it belongs to but also is grouped into only a handful of download options
  14. I gotta say, I preferred it the old way. it's much easier (in my opinion) to download what I need for a specific pack vs downloading everything and having to sift through/guess on which of a given texture (such as buenolights) is correct. I understand you had your reasons for doing it this way, I just don't necessarily think it's better. Just my two cents, thanks for taking the time to read this far.
This review will specifically mention the 2014 Dodge Charger since that is my favorite police car. Awesome looking car and a very nice, relatively simple lighting set up. The only thing I would say negatively is the inconsistency on the livery, which I mentioned in my comment. This is, however, not enough to detract more than, in my estimation, 1/4 of a star and thus with the whole number of star only rating system I am rounding up to 5/5. This will be a great addition to my fleet of 2014 Chargers.
  15. not sure if this was intentional but on one side of the car (specifically the charger in this context) it says LOS SANTOS POLICE ("Seattle Police") and on the other it says POLICE LOS SANTOS ("Police Seattle"). Thus Los Santos is on the rear doors in both cases. Should it not say LOS SANTOS POLICE on both sides? This is not intended as a criticism, I am merely curious. Still plan on using it as one of my LSPD Cars.
Very awesome. I live in a nearby town to Hopinkton, MA so I've seen these cars. 5/5, would download again.
  16. Uh, not if I remember correctly. I actually spawned it in game first and it looked like that, prompting me to exit and investigate
  17. Don't know if this was intentional, but the New Jersey State Police (non-subdued) is missing the license plates.
  18. The title pretty much says it. After weeks of unbearable lag, I did a fresh install and decided to upgrade to 0.4.3 because I don't have the files for 0.3.1 anymore, don't have a compatible version of Rage Plugin for 0.3.1 etc. Well, it's a total disaster. I can only get into the game around 50% of the time, and when I do, any attempt to go on-duty results in LSPDFR crashing (at the police station) or an unhandled exception in the "ForceDuty" command. I have created a character, and I have gone on duty once at the station. here is a recent crash log: If it's something simple & obvious please tell me so I may hang my head in shame. Otherwise I may need to consider trying to find 0.3.1 on this website and going back to that. Plugins I'm using consist of: PoliceSmartRadio LSPDFR+ Assorted Callouts Traffic Policer (all by Albo1125) More Robberies PeterU's callouts Callout manager I also am attempting to use simple trainer although it doesn't actually seem to be working, and ELS V 1.05
