  1. Respectfully, Trooper Keaton, I did try downloading it from a different browser. I typically use Firefox, I tried Microsoft Edge. I don't have any other browsers on my PC besides those two. In both instances, the archive is flagged as corrupt. I know you said you can't do anything about it, but you might want to take another look. As much as I want to, I can't use these cars right now because if I allow my game to try and load them, it crashes. I have downloaded this file ten times, at different times, on different days, on two different browsers. At a certain point, it stops being an end-user issue in my opinion. I also shouldn't have to download from a different browser just to get it to work.
  2. Took your advice, and downloaded from a different browser. It still is flagged as corrupt, and still crashed OpenIV.
  3. No, but in the past when this has happened I've re-downloaded and it has been fine. In this case it happened twice in as many downloads.
  4. hey so I've downloaded twice and both times fhpm has been flagged as corrupt by OpenIV and has subsequently crashed OpenIV.
Always nice to see Massachusetts represented on here. great work as always PhaZe
  5. @TrentMU the only critique I'd offer is that when you dump all the vehicle files into a single folder it becomes tedious to determine which file is which vehicle.
As always, high quality work. The good - clean, simple yet eye-catching design The bad - nothing!
  6. glad I wasn't the only one! did you ever find a fix ?
  7. Hey so first off @Trp. Keaton I love, love, love your work My only issue is that the ELS for the Impala seems to be wonky...? the lightbar is illuminated and doesn't seem to work. I'm using the provided ELS xml
  8. I know I am kind of shouting into the void here considering you haven't signed in here in over two years but there are a couple issues with the livery specifically for the Charger: "824" (the unit number?) isn't properly mirrored on the driver's side which means it is backwards. "Dial" in "Dial 911" is misspelled as "Dail"
  9. I did notice it looks like it's like that in one of the screenshots so it might be a model issue
  10. I know I'm late, but it looks like a tint issue, mate. try opening your trainer (I use simple trainer so your mileage may vary on this next part), going to Vehicle Options --> Vehicle Mod Menu and I believe window tint is one of the options.
  11. One of the vehicles -- I think 20fpiu3 but not 100% sure -- is missing the rear license plate. Other than that I love, love, love the pack!
  12. I think I've figured that out. If you look in the vehicles.rpf for the Charger (msp3) the model is named "police2" instead of "msp3" renaming it to msp3 should fix it, as the vehicles.meta uses the correct name. it would probably spawn under the regular police2 slot but it's not guaranteed.
  13. Two questions 1. What charger template does this fit? There are multiple different layouts 2. Any chance of a screenshot of the car in-game, rather than just OpenIV? Speaking purely as a layman, files with in-game screenshots are far more appealing to download because you can see the cars in context.
  14. That is, as far as I know, only possible for Non-ELS vehicles since ELS uses extras to control the lights, and the lightbar can't be an extra itself while the lights attached to it are also extras. Otherwise even if you turned off the lightbar 'extra' the lights attached would still be flashing in mid-air above the roof.
  15. Are you reading my mind ?! I was literally just looking for a Del Perro pack on Sunday. And then - poof! - there it is. RangerZ, you are cooking with pure propane
  16. If it's based on Florida Highway Patrol, they use all blue lighting. The add-on option is more all-in-one vs the replacement which doesn't include the .meta files. So you're more likely to get vehicles rolling over when you take corners at anything above a leisurely drive
