As mentioned in the description, you may need to change some of the handling lines as we have a modified Handling.meta in our server that the vehicles are set to. In the vehicle.meta file, each vehicle will have a line that determines what handling ID the vehicle uses. <handlingId>BALLER</handlingId> You could try BALLER2 or FBI2. If those still arent very good for you, this forum post would be a good place to research . Or take a look into tutorials on how to edit the handling.meta, and then you can set the handling and speeds of your vehicles exactly how you want them to be

Just a few Fire/Rescue vehicles I threw together for our server. We're a small group and don't use fire/rescue vehicles often, so I didn't spend as much time on these as my LEO vehicles, however, the pack should still be decent I believe. VEHICLES: FIRETRUK - Pierce Arrow XT FIRETRUK2 - HVY T815 AMBULANCE - Chevy Ambulance FIRE1 - Expedition FIRE2 - Explorer FIRE3 - BMW Motorcycle FIRE4 - Silverado FIRE5 - F450 360 environmental lighting, bobble antennas, trunk equipment, etc. Firetruck is intentionally spelled without the 'c' as that is how GTA has it. I don't think North America uses motorcycles for paramedics very much, but it is more common in European countries. *You may need to change the handling lines in the vehicle.meta files for a couple of the vehicles. We have a modified handling.meta that the vehicles are set up to, and that meta is not mine so I cant include it with these vehicles* Most vehicles can have multiple liveries. Currently, the Firetruk and Fire5 (F450) I believe are limited to just the 1 livery. Also, I did template the Silverado with the camper shell too, and I messed it up. So the original template is included in the download, and the camper shell seems to pull the colour from that template. I do plan to redo the template for it, I just don't have time yet. As long as you do not rip the models/pack or take credit for them, do not violate any terms and conditions of any websites, and do not try to sell the vehicles/packs, then I do not care what you do. You do not need my permission to link this pack, make skins, convert them to replacements/singleplayer, upload to other sites, use in your server or YouTube vids, etc. -
You probably have a carcol file in your server that is already using the siren ID that I am using for those lights. My rotator lights bars are using siren IDs 572 (CVPI) and 573 (FPIU). I just deleted the SCPD files I have in my server and downloaded this pack to put in, and the lights are working exactly as they should be for me. Go into the carcol file in the SCPD2 folder, and find where it says <id value="573"/> <name>EXPLORER OLD</name> Change that number to a number that isnt being used for any other lights in your server. You can definitely go up to 999, not sure if the ID can go above that. Then go into the carvariation file, and change this part under SCPD15, <sirenSettings value="573" /> to the same number that you changed to in the carcol file.

Another vehicle pack made for our FiveM and FivePD server. 16 completely fictional vehicles. I get bored of vehicles quickly so like to have wide variety to switch between. I watched a ton of "police responding code 3" vids and took some different light setups and patterns and put them together for this pack, trying to go with some light patterns that are not common. All vehicles have 360 environmental lighting, bobble antennas, consoles, trunk equipment, radars, etc. Windows should be breakable on all units (not lightbars, and the passenger side window on the Camaro doesnt break, I'll work on trying to fix when I get time). All vehicles have multiple liveries. All vehicles (excluding the Camaro) have extras for the Rambars, Spotlights, and ALPRs. *You may need to change the handling lines in the vehicle.meta files for a couple of the vehicles. We have a modified handling.meta that the vehicles are set up to, and that meta is not mine so I cant include it with these vehicles* VEHICLES: SCPD1 - Marked CVPI SCPD2 - Marked Taurus SCPD3 - Marked Charger SCPD4 - Marked Explorer SCPD5 - Marked Impala SCPD6 - Marked Tahoe '15 SCPD7 - Marked Silverado SCPD8 - BMW Motorcycle SCPD9 - Slicktop CVPI SCPD10 - Slicktop Charger SCPD11 - Slicktop Explorer SCPD12 - Slicktop Tahoe '15 SCPD13 - Slicktop Silverado SCPD14 - 'Old' CVPI SCPD15 - 'Old' Explorer SCPD16 - Camaro As long as you do not rip the models/pack or take credit for them, do not violate any terms and conditions of any websites, and do not try to sell the vehicles/packs, then I do not care what you do. A bunch of RCMP vehicles I created and textured for a FiveM and FivePD server myself and friends mess around on. Rather than just keep them to ourselves, I want to release them so anyone else can use all or some of these vehicles. These vehicles and lights are styled off of the RCMP vehicles around our areas in Sask, so unfortunately, they will not be realistic for you people in places like BC, as the RCMP likes to be consistently inconsistent with their lights and vehicle set ups. All vehicles have 360 environmental lighting, bobble antennas, consoles, trunk equipment, radars, etc. Windows should be breakable on all units (not lightbars). The marked units with light bars have 4 liveries; an 'A' unit for rural, a 'B' unit for municipal, a 'C' "Traffic Services" unit, and an 'A' "Supervisor" unit). The slicktop versions have the same liveries, plus an unmarked skin that you can use an in-game trainer to change the colour of the vehicle body. Units 1 to 6 have a rambar as extra1 and ALPRs as extra2. Units 8 to11 have a rambar as extra1, ALPRs as extra2, and spotlights as extra3. *You may need to change the handling lines in the vehicle.meta files for a couple of the vehicles. We have a modified handling.meta that the vehicles are set up to, and that meta is not mine so I cant include it with these vehicles* Lighting: Vehicles are; RCMP1 = CVPI RCMP2 = FPIS RCMP3 = FPIU RCMP4 = Tahoe 2015 RCMP5 = Tahoe 2014 RCMP6 = Silverado RCMP7 = Harley motorcycle RCMP8 = Slicktop CVPI RCMP9 = Slicktop FPIS RCMP10 = Slicktop FPIU RCMP11 = Slicktop Tahoe 2014 RCMP12 = K9 Suburban RCMP13 = Old lightbar CVPI RCMP14 = Old lightbar Silverado RCMP15 = Bearcat I just make vehicles for my group of friends, so I will not take requests. There are so many far better creators than me that can do that for you. If you find a bug, please let me know in the comments and I will try to get it fixed if possible as soon as I have time. -
How do you have 2 bobble antennas on 1 vehicle. I know how to set it up for 1. What would the 2nd bobble_base etc be called?

I'm starting to play around with ELS vehicles, and I would like to have a rambar on the vehicles that is set as an extra. I have extra 10 and 12 open. I think 10 is technically for steady burns and 12 is for alley lights? It seems that having something in either of those extra spots could work, but with something like a rambar that has a collision box it doesnt spawn when you turn the extra on. You need to turn the extra on and then 'fix' or 'repair' the vehicle with the trainer. If the rambar doesnt have a collision box with that extra then it turns on/off fine. Is this always the case or am I doing something wrong? Is there an easier way to have a rambar as an extra and also have a collision box? Thanks

You only have the vehicle files for um1 and um2? Or theres 2 folders for um1 and um2? I just have them split into 2 FiveM resources. Um1 is the folder containing the vehicle files and documents for the first 4 vehicles, and the um2 folder contains the other 3 folders. I just downloaded the link and all appear to be there

Yeah I'm working on a bunch of other vehicles in this style Yeah I wanted to do lights on the mirrors but wasnt too sure how I could do that with how ELS works, and still have the lights move with the mirrors when the doors open/close. Pretty sure I know how I could do it now though, setting the mirror lights as sirens rather than els lights. Will just have to work on it tomorrow and I'll update this download when I get it finished

An ELS CVPI based on the RCMP I got some comments and PMs for some ELS versions of the RCMP Non-ELS vehicle pack. As ELS utilizes most of the extras, I dont think I can have the exact same setup with the vehicles, being able to have the lightbar and visor lights both as extras on 1 vehicle. So for now this is the marked CVPI version. More RCMP vehicles will be done but I want to release this one for now as this is my first ELS model made, to see any feedback on it so I can tweak the other models if need be as I make them. The ALPRs are an extra. Do not upload this file to any other site, or re-upload without permission. -

This is just my unmarked vehicle pack that was released yesterday, just with textures and carcols changed to be an all blue lighting version at someones request. I also reduced the intensity of some of the carcols, but people can increase/decrease carcol intensities to whatever they want. All vehicles can be changed colour in game. The CVPI also has an additional livery for a taxi, whether used as a civ taxi or as an undercover police vehicle. All have environmental lighting reflections. Vehicles included are: - CVPI (um1) - FPIS (um2) - Charger (um3) - FPIU (um4) - 2015 Tahoe (um5) - 2014 Tahoe (um6) - Silverado (um7) Extras for all vehicles are: Extra1 - Front windshield lights Extra2 - Grill lights Extra3 - Rear window lights (left) Extra4 - Read window lights (right) Extra5 - Plate lights Extra6 - Rambar with speakers Extra7 - Headlight wigwags Extra8 - Taillight wigwags Extra9 - Antennas Extra10 - ALPRs Extra11 - Spotlight Extra12 - Police equipment (Console, partition, radar, trunk equipment, etc) I have spend a HUGE amount of my time learning to do all this, making around 40 vehicles along with their edited custom files and liveries, and testing it all in game. As far as I can tell these vehicles should be working properly, but if you do encounter any bugs or issues please let me know in the comments so I can get them fixed as soon as possible. Feel free to use all the vehicles, 1 of the vehicles, or whatever, in your servers. This is not to be uploaded to any other site or re-released without my permission Enjoy! -
Well, these 2 lines below have something to do with the environmental reflections although I dont know enough about them to tell you what to set them at, or what/how they effect it exactly. You could try changing the numbers a bit and seeing how it is in game through trial and error. And those are at the top of each vehicles carcol settings and control all the sirens for that vehicle <lightFalloffMax value="160.00000000"/> <lightFalloffExponent value="80.00000000"/> Or if you wanted to go with the longer route, you could change the number in this highlighted line below instead. This one you would need to change for each siren however. This value determines how intense the light given off from that specific siren/corona is. Thats why the red and blues I have set at 3.00000000, but the yellow lights I have set at 1.00000000, so that the yellow reflections aren't too overwhelming over the red and blue reflections. You could also set it lower than 1.00000000 if that still too much for you, something like 0.80000000. Again it might be some trial and error until you have it how you want it <color value="0xFFFF0000"/> <intensity value="3.00000000"/> <lightGroup value="0"/> <rotate value="false"/> <scale value="true"/>
-
Yeah, if you change the flash value to false, that should turn them off I believe. I copy and pasted part of a carcol below and highlight in green the part so you can see roughly where its located for each siren and vehicle. You'll have to do it for each alley light. Let me know if that doesnt work. I only took a quick look, but it looks like the alley lights for each vehicles are as follows: Siren 19 and 20 = CVPI, Charger, FPIU, Siren 15 and 16 = FPIS, 2015 Tahoe, 2014 Tahoe, Silverado <intensity value="50.00000000"/> <size value="0.60000000"/> <pull value="0.00000001"/> <faceCamera value="false"/> </corona> <color value="0xFFFFFFFF"/> (0xFFFFFFFF means the corona is white, so you can tell if you have the right corona/siren in case what I listed above is wrong) <intensity value="10.00000000"/> <lightGroup value="1"/> <rotate value="false"/> <scale value="true"/> <scaleFactor value="10"/> <flash value="true"/> Just change this to show ... <flash value="false"/> <light value="true"/> <spotLight value="true"/> <castShadows value="false"/>

The last of my servers FiveM non-els vehicle packs, for now. The fire/rescue pack. Again there are 2 versions of this pack in the file, reflective and non reflective. The vehicle setups and lighting is not based on any specific department. The liveries are loosely based on the RMSCFD for a friend/server member. Environmental lighting reflections. Side scene lighting on the firetruck and ambulance (Emergency lights will need to be on). Vehicles include: (spawn codes) - 2014 Tahoe (fire1) - Crown Vic (fire2) - Explorer (fire3) - Silverado (fire4) - Pierce Arrow Xt (firetruk) (yes the 'c' is missing) - Brute Ambulance (ambulance) Extras (Only on the firetruck and Ambulance): Extra1 - Scene lighting (driver side) Extra2 - Scene lighting (passenger side I made the Tahoe and Crown Vic to look like slightly older FD vehicles, and the Explorer and Silverado to look like newer versions. The lightbar on the vic seems a little small, I'll update it at some point. Also, if you're using the reflective versions, the ambulance does not currently have a reflective livery. Honestly, when I was making this pack a few months or so ago, I completely forgot to make an ambulance, so I threw one together quickly for the server at a later date. We don't really use the fire/ems vehicles very often so I currently wasn't too worried about focusing on them as much as the LEO vehicles. I have spend a HUGE amount of my time learning to do all this, making around 40 vehicles along with their edited custom files and liveries, and testing it all in game. -

No, I currently made all vehicles as red/blue. However, it wouldnt be too difficult or time consuming to change the textures used to be all blue, and change the colour of the carcols to resemble all blue. I'll do that up either tonight or over the weekend and upload a blue/blue version of this unmarked pack

Its set up for FiveM servers. They could technically be used in singleplayer/lspdfr but it would take some work on the files to have them set up as either replacements or addon vehicles. People are welcome to do that themselves if they want, but unfortunately I'm not going to spend the time doing it. Once I have my fire/rescue pack uploaded I'm going to work on ELS versions for LSPDFR

These are some extra police vehicles I made for my server that wasn't exactly part of any of my other packs. The bylaw truck was just thrown together quickly mainly as a gimmick vehicle for someone in my server, so its not exactly the best vehicle as I dont intend it to actual get used often. The CSO vehicle and livery is intended to mirror that of the Community Safety Officer vehicles used in Saskachewan, and specifically the one used in the Prairie Sky Region, for a friend in our server. The Riot van is not based on any specific vehicle, just something I put together and figured the takedown light bar would look good on. The livery is that of the RCMP. The Express van and BMW motorbike are loosely based on similar setups as that of the RCMP, however, not intended to be exact replicas. Environmental lighting reflections for all vehicles. You will likely need to change some of the handling lines that the vehicles use as I have them set up to a modified handling meta that is in our server, that is not mine so I cannot release it with these vehicles! I have spend a HUGE amount of my time learning to do all this, making around 40 vehicles along with their edited custom files and liveries, and testing it all in game. As far as I can tell these vehicles should be working properly, but if you do encounter any bugs or issues please let me know in the comments so I can get them fixed as soon as possible.
