  1. Thanks. For a long time the SHP was called the Saskatchewan Highway Transport Patrol, were unarmed, and only enforced commercial vehicle infractions. Within the past couple of years, they gained increased authority to enforce all traffic infractions on highways, commercial or private. They also were armed as they are part of the rural response units, so for 911 calls in rural areas, if an SHP officer or Conservation Officer is closest to the call, they may respond first to help reduce police response times in remote rural areas. This is how their vehicles looked for a long time until they became the Saskatchewan Highway Patrol and changed things up
  2. Hmm, I'm not sure. I'll take a look into it within the next couple of days
  3. No, I'm not that big of a developer. I just started learning to make vehicles years ago for myself and friends to use, because there were very little public nonels vehicles at the time. Every now and then when I make a bunch of vehicles I'll just release them for public to use too, if anyone wants them. Right now I have a few nonels Fire/EMT vehicles that will be out soon (7 vehicles). I think that video is already up on my YouTube but I havent put the pack together for public download yet, I'll do it within the next few days most likely And I'm in the middle of redoing a large nonels RCMP pack, half the vehicles currently done (probably be 16 vehicles in total, slick and lightbar). I'll probably have the first half uploaded within the next few days or week also. But these RCMP vehicles are styled on Saskatchewan RCMP, so they wont have the typical light setup seen in places like BC. The RCMP are consistently inconsistent across Canada with their light and equipment setups. And of course I plan on adding a Metro State motorcycle to this pack, which shouldnt take long to throw together, Im just trying to find 1 missing light piece atm. I would just also like to point out that what you all watched in that attached video isnt even me! Thats not my voice! I've ran a successful business for 10 years! I dont know if my employe... contractors did that, but I know for a fact that that is not even me!
  4. I guess I forgot to add it huh. I've updated the download links. Click the download this file button and there should be an additional option now to download just the F150 template, for anyone that wants it. Too large to post in these comments apparently.

Tahoe and Charger based on Metro State, so you can demand to speak to a Sergeant too!
  9. What was the issue that was causing this? I have a vehicle that is doing the same thing
  10. Hey. Cool, Swift Current is about 2/2.5 hours from Saskatoon also. We have RCMP here, hence the fictional SCPD vehicles
  11. That happened to me once when I was testing the vehicles, and then when I respawned the vehicle it worked fine. I wasnt able to get it to do that again so I couldnt really test why that was happening. Does it happen to you ever time? Thanks, I have some plans for other packs Yeah I could do that, its pretty simple. The only issue with that would be that the rambar wouldnt act as a solid object in game any more when its an extra on an ELS car, but thats a minor thing anyway I'm not too sure, when you spawn them in game do they show up properly?
  12. Thanks. I'm using EUP with the better vests, I just retextured some of the clothes myself to suit the RCMP uniforms
  13. I'm at work so I cant double check the ELS documents for the vehicles just yet, but check in those files under the sections that I believe is called acoronas. That should be what sets the flashing patterns and colours for headlights, taillights, etc. All of the vehicles will have a 1 for the headlights, which is what causes the headlights to flash in the pattern in the above videos. The motorcycle is the only vehicle that has the headlights set to 0 as it looks weird with that headlight flashing otherwise. Taillights may be set to 0. Change that to 1 and that should have ELS controlling the taillights. If that doesnt work, I'm thinking its because I have a modified carcol.meta in my game for a non-els version of this pack that I'm putting together. The Carvariation meta likely has the vehicles set to the modified carcol.meta sirens, which is why in my game the taillights flash as they running of the modified sirens and in yours theyre not. I'll have to double check that this evening.
  14. Thanks. I'll look into a F150 pickup aswell. Yeah the lighting I tried to keep as realistic as possible. I've never set up vehicles to be addons, but I will look into it and see whta I can do Thanks, appreciate it. Sure, I'll take a closer look at the real light colours and see if I can match them

Replacement pack for LSPDFR based on Saskatchewan/Alberta RCMP vehicles. I've included 2 pics in the screenshots to show that the RCMP around here use Liberty lightbars, and do not use rambars (except on K9 vehicles). Extra 10 - Rambars. Extra 12 - ALPRs. Multiple liveries. Slicktop units can have either a marked or unmarked livery. Working takedowns all pointing the correct direction. Any lights that are in doors or trunks will stay on the door or trunk when you open it. The rambars dont act as a solid object in game. As far as I can tell, this is due to ELS and there is no work around for this when the rambar is an extra. Due to vehicles here not using rambars I wont make them a permanent part of the vehicles. Police - Taurus Police2 - Explorer Police3 - Tahoe 2014 Police4 - Tahoe 2019 Policeb - Harley Sheriff - Crown Vic Sheriff2 - Silverado Fbi - Crown Vic, slicktop Fbi2 - Tahoe 2014, slicktop Lguard - Explorer, slicktop Policeold1 - Taurus, slicktop Policeold2 - Tahoe 2019, slicktop Pranger - K9 Suburban Riot - Bearcat The helicopter is not my model, however, the livery on it is. The livery is included in this pack. The model it is made for is; I will make reflective liveries and update this pack in the near future but for now the pack is complete. I have not played LSPDFR in a long time. However, I did test these vehicles in the game for a short time and as far as I can tell they should all be working correctly with no issues. If you do discover any bugs, please report them to me so I can look at having them addressed. Feel free to make skin packs for these vehicles, use them in YouTube videos, use them in FiveM, etc. you do not need my permission. Do not reupload any/all of the pack to other sites, or take credit for any of the work done on it.
  16. Just in case anyone else is looking for this, editing the CarVar within mpvalentines2 seems to have worked
  17. Its most likely a conflict with another carcol file. The lights are fine in my game, and noone else has had an issue. If you have another carcol file using the same siren ID numbers as mine, it would cause a conflict and the lights will be running off of the carcol set up for a completely different vehicle.
  18. I have a slicktop FPIS in PoliceOld1 and a slicktop Tahoe in PoliceOld2. The vehicles seem to spawn fine and the ELS lights are working fine. However, I want to change the carvar for them so that they spawn with the SA Exempt plates, and so that they can be modded (engine, brake, etc upgrades). I added them into a carvar.meta with the plates and mods part set up how it should be (I think) but I cant figure out which location to put the meta in. I've searched around and I've tried my newest patchday, mpchrismas2, mpluxe, that I could find around in other forum posts, but the cars still always have Yankton plates and cant be modded. Anyone know how to change these? Thanks
  19. I'm trying to make an ELS pack and I would like the rambars and the ALPRs as extra. When my Rambar as an extra has a collision box [COL] it doesnt spawn in game at all. Using a trainer shows there should be an extra that can be toggled, it just doesnt actually toggle anything. When I delete the collision, the rambar extras spawn fine. But then they dont act as a solid object in game. I'm not very familiar with ELS, and I did search forums and google and couldn't find an answer. Is there a way to work around this? Am I doing something wrong? I have extras 1 to 9 for the lights, ten as rambars, 11 as takedowns (where applicable), and 12 as ALPRs. At this rate, I may just have to have the rambars have no collision box, which isnt a huge deal.
  20. The problem with that is that the slicktop vehicles would no longer have the option of being changed to be completely unmarked. The reflective part is part of the vehicle, so when you change to the unmarked skin, the reflective part would still be visible. Oh gotcha. I might look into making some ELS vehicles soon, as I do want my own LSPDFR vehicles anyway. Although, I would probably make them with Liberty lightbars first as around my area they seem to use the Liberty and the Century on their vehicles, and I hate the look of the Century. Because I havent really set up ELS vehicles yet, it would probably take quite a bit of time and constant testing to recreate the Legend light pattern in ELS
  21. Thanks. I'm not sure if I'll make an ELS pack at some point, I dont know ELS setups too well just yet. Walters has an ELS RCMP pack though that is styled off of the BC vehicles I believe. Not sure if his vehicles have plate readers?
  22. This pack and the Liberty lightbar pack would both have that vehicle. Its the vehicle called rcmp9 in both packs. You will find it within the RCMP2 folder. The rambar, alprs, and spotlights are all an extra on that vehicle, so can be toggled on or off, whatever people prefer

A tweaked, seperate version of my RCMP Mega Pack, just with FedSig Legend lightbars on units 1 to 6 instead of Whelen Liberty lightbars. These lightbars and the light pattern will be more realistic for you BC, NS, etc. area people. You can all thank DBlazek for this version of the pack with Legend lightbars, it was his minor request and help confirming a few things. All vehicles have 360 environmental lighting, bobble antennas, consoles, trunk equipment, radars, etc. Windows should be breakable on all units (not lightbars). Multiple liveries. Units 1 to 6 have a rambar as extra1 and ALPRs as extra2. Units 8 to 11 have a rambar as extra1, ALPRs as extra2, and spotlights as extra3. *You may need to change the handling lines in the vehicle.meta files for a couple of the vehicles. We have a modified handling.meta that the vehicles are set up to, and that meta is not mine so I cant include it with these vehicles* Vehicles are; RCMP1 = CVPI RCMP2 = FPIS RCMP3 = FPIU RCMP4 = Tahoe 2015 RCMP5 = Tahoe 2014 RCMP6 = Silverado RCMP7 = Harley motorcycle RCMP8 = Slicktop CVPI RCMP9 = Slicktop FPIS RCMP10 = Slicktop FPIU RCMP11 = Slicktop Tahoe 2014 RCMP12 = K9 Suburban RCMP13 = Old lightbar CVPI RCMP14 = Old lightbar Silverado RCMP15 = Bearcat As long as you do not rip the models/pack or take credit for them, do not violate any terms and conditions of any websites, and do not try to sell the vehicles/packs, then I do not care what you do. You do not need my permission to link this pack, make skins, convert them to replacements/singleplayer, upload to other sites, use in your server or YouTube vids, etc.
