  1. First off, props to you for trying your hand at an LAPD pack! Something that once was common, now we have lost our LA-based stuff mostly and I am glad to see people trying to get it going again. A few things I notice when looking at your pack that can be fixed if you as this is still WIP: 1. The vehicles that these textures are for are not the vehicles in the LAPD fleet - I am sure that you are well aware of that. Making LAPD and LAPD-based LSPD textures for vehicles you would find in the LAPD fleet is the key to not just my heart but those of many people on here who miss the days of the OG modders that left and took their LAPD and LASD stuff with them! 2006 CVPI, 2011-2014 Charger, 2013 Caprice PPV, and 2014-2015 FPIU (particularly models using Arjent light bars), 2016 FPIU (models with Valor light bars) are the vehicles you would typically want to aim for when capturing the large LAPD fanbase! 2. LAPD's marked vehicles tend to have varying bumper stickers and the rear bumper of sedans and bottom of the liftgate on SUVs, all marked LAPD vehicles have the "Dial 911" decal on the rear fender, and all marked LAPD vehicles have their shop numbers in small yellow/gold on both sides below the city seal and "POLICE" and on the rear in varying places depending on the type of vehicle. The shop number is usually, I believe, a 5 digit number identifying each vehicle, the last three digits are the number found on the roof of the vehicle. The CVPI in the photo you provided has 203 on the roof, the number on the side and rear would be something like "80203" or something of the sort. 3. Most of the vehicles, especially the newer ones in the fleet, use larger trunk/roof numbers than what you have currently. The last three digits of the shop numbers on the roofs look good but the division/area station number - which you used 12 for 77th Street Area (great choice btw) - should be bigger on most of the vehicles, similar in size to the shop number on the roof. Some of the CVPIs had smaller numbers, I believe mostly early-2000s slicktops that were reassigned after CRASH was disbanded in favor of the current Gang Unit. 4. Try to straighten out the graphics on the side doors of the vehicles - they are a little slanted toward the front or back respectively, and take into consideration the items on the vehicle that may interfere with where you place the graphics, such as light heads and rubrails. Again, great start and I am excited to see people putting LA-based stuff out again! Hope to see some good stuff and updates come soon!

  3. As my review says, I would love to see some more LA-Style stuff come soon! The unmarked/slicktop FPIS has the exact same lighting as the charger, seems like the reasonable next step. Cannot wait to see what the future holds.
Nailed it! Appears about as accurate as it gets and have yet to find issues with it. Hope to see more LA-Style stuff come soon, you clearly are able to do it right!

  5. Didn't say all of them have been removed. Most of the ones removed were the FPIS, like the one in the background of that photo.
  6. Would be redundant. Pasco SO has stopped putting light bars on their vehicles, even going as far as to remove them from vehicles that already had them.
  7. Would definitely be interested in testing Tampa Police vehicles and textures! Have lots of experience with Tampa Police in real life, would be happy to help. Let me know.
Great work! Outstanding attention to detail! Models are great and the light bar is amazing - nailed the flash patterns almost perfectly. Definitely a keeper of a pack.
  8. What a coincidence, I am just about ready to start making Freehold Twp PD textures.
Great work and outstanding attention to detail, thank you for this! Just in case you are unaware, the 2017-18 Chargers have gone all blue. Not sure if the slick top in this was supposed to be all blue or if I goofed up, but half of the rear bar is red - still great pack!
  9. Literally just download TheHurk's FPIU, it's in there.

  11. I do not. The FPIU is TheHurk's 201 FPIU template but I am unsure about the CVPI.

Tampa, FL-Based LSPD Pack (TheGreatHah) TheGreatHah did us all yet another solid by releasing his Tampa-Based LSPD pack! Long awaited pack, fantastic models, and solid textures. As stated by the original author, the pack is based loosely on Tampa PD. However, spending as much time as I do around TPD's vehicles, I picked out some minor things in the textures that bothered my perfectionist side, so I changed them for my personal use. With permission from TheGreatHah himself, I now pass the textures on to all of you. Enjoy. The textures are the ones released on the original TPD pack, they have just been heavily edited. The changes include the following: - Unit numbers removed (Something about 5 cars with the same shop number on scene bothers me) - License plates now say City and are longer numbers. - Police on the doors of the FPIU corrected to be more accurate to TPD and the other textures in pack. - Tampa Police Dept shield removed from vehicle sides, Los Santos Police Dept shield added in place. Original Vehicle Model Pack Here:
  12. He has done an HCSO pack, and a good one. Possibly textures only, but HCSO uses pretty cookie cutter cars, easy find on here.

Finally! At last somebody has answered my cries and pleads for a Tampa PD-based pack... and a good one! Thank you for the time and effort put into this pack, it is OUTSTANDING! The models may have some slight issues but are overall SUPERB, and the textures are solid. Thank you!

Meet the LSPD Special Response Team Heavy Rescue Texture. Included is one texture for the Pierce Arrow XT Heavy Rescue. This lore-friendly texture was created from scratch by me and is not to be redistributed without permission. This texture is loosely based on NYPD ESU (the concept of law enforcement heavy rescues) and is meant to go with Pacific Pig's St. Pete, FL-Based Pack, though can be used however seen fit. Expect updates & additions. Please report any problems found. Enjoy! Best When Used With: Vehicle Model compatible - - Pierce Heavy Rescue (Rescue 2) from Medic4523's ELS Fire & EMS Pack
  15. There had been a pretty good mix of the old style and the new, I think they've pretty much narrowed it down to the new style primarily now though. They do look great, though.
  16. Pasco does that with the Impalas. Pinellas is, I would say, like 75% Tahoes now.
  17. If I recall properly, Pinellas SO used the Dodge Intrepid over the Impala... and CVPI... for a long while. Now that would be a cool model to have here - wish I had the know-how for modeling.
  18. Possibly. For now I just made PBSO Guy's skins lore-friendly.
