  1. Occasional Arrests & Traffic Stop Initiation Issue

    If I join a call such as an armed robbery or GTA, I cant arrest the suspect.? I either have to call backup and they will arrest the suspect (ONLY when there's a red blip) or more commonly I have to knock out the suspect and wait for EMS, hope they revive the suspect, then hold E to stop the revived suspect and carry on with the scene? (I'm running the Vanilla LSPDFR 4.0.1 because I don't know how to install the mods without WinRAR. Another problem is that I cannot initiate traffic stops even though my binding sayings left shift? Can I pull over ANY VEHICLE or only specific ones? Even the random blips that are red cannot be initiated on unless its a civ on foot? Thank you! PLEASE HELP
