Is it normal that dispatch misses some words in the callouts? Like "A [..] in Strawberry. Suspect is [...]" ?

I have a big problem. Don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I tried fixing this for days and it just won't work and I'm actually really annoyed rn. So, my lights doesn't work when I activate them, I hear the sound/siren and the rear end lights (if they are called like this) are blinking, but the blue/red thing on top and everything else isnt. Yes, I read the Q&A, but I forgot to make a backup and don't really know how many and which mods I have installed. I have a Improved LED and Spotlight thing installed (which make my cars look like f*cking christmas trees, but that's the next thing I'm going to take care of) which replaced the visualsettings.dat. Does this maybe cause the lights to not work? I also have Radiance V. I placed all xml files in the ESL folders and everything, but nothing happens. Somebody please help me, a police game without flashing lights and sirens all over the place is just not fun at all. Excuse my language and any spelling/grammar mistakes, I'm from germany. Also there is no vehicle.meta file in the LSPD Pack folder so I really don't know what to do. Watched several tutorials, but nothing works.

So, I fixed it. It seemed to be a problem with something inside the mod folder, because as soon as I opened up OpenIV and went into the mod folder I got a messaged that I have and outdated update.rpf file. I clicked on replace & update and everything is running fine again. Might be caused by installing the LSPD vehicle pack, because I reinstalled this a few mins ago, after everything worked, (because when I patched the update.rpf file OpenIV told me all changes which I made before inside the folder are gone now) but then my game started crashing when I started GTA, so I removed this pack and everything works again. Might be the cause for the first issue, might also be a second one, who knows. All in all, thank you for your help and have a good day everyone.

@LMS I'm not able to load the game with "Don't load any plugins on startup" either. I could open the console and executed your command, this is what appeard: [Date & Time] Compilation successful. [Date & Time] <UNLOADED PLUGIN>: Initializing input system [Date & Time] <UNLOADED PLUGIN>: Initializing game console [Date & Time] <UNLOADED PLUGIN>: Initializing forms manager But after that nothing happend and I keep getting stuck in the loading screen. @LMS Here you go and thank you for taking care of my case. Btw I tried it again a few mins ago, once with all Plugins like the EUP Menu, LSPDFR and once only with LSPDFR, but it didn't work and kept me stuck in the loading screen. RagePluginHook.log

Yea, I don't have scripthook, only Rage Hook Plugin and "add ons" for LSPDFR, also other vehicle textures and a different pistol, but nothing to special. Thank you, I appeciate that! I'm trying it again rn, maybe I find a fix myself.

So, I'm really new to all this (joined yesterday) and everything worked fine for me until this GTA Online update a few hours ago. I waited until the patched Rage Hook version was released, updated it and the game keeps stuck in the loading screen, saying something like "Loading storymode with Rage Hook Plugin" or smth. That might sound like a stupid question, but as I said I'm new, but do I have to wait for the plugins I added to update to the game update aswell? Thank you all in advance, if I'm not in the right topic, please put me into the correct one.

I know this doesn't really belong here, but does anyone know how I can get the glock shown in the picture? Because imo there is not really a police related pistol in the game and the glock would be awesome :)
