Low-Profile 2018 Dodge Charger AWD
Howdy everyone! This is our first (official) free release that we have done on this website. I am very excited to share this vehicle to the public. This vehicle is not based on any IRL departments nor did I really have any "inspiration" when making this, I just figured a nice low-profile response vehicle would be pretty nice for investigative purposes (or really anything for that matter).
This vehicle is made for FiveM server use, so feel free to add it in and have fun! The file does include a template in case you wanted to add a livery to it (just try to make it look good!).
 
All of the light modules can be toggled by extras, therefore you can choose which lights you want on at any given time. If people enjoy this vehicle, we may create more and make this a pack, who knows! If you have any suggestions on what I should do next, feel free to join my Discord and let me know. My commissions are currently open at the time of this being uploaded, so if you are looking for anything custom made, let us know!

These are put together with the upmost accuracy, although not perfect. There are not any plans currently to make cars the department doesn't have ie; Dodge Charger, full non els/els lighting, and non lore liveries.

To anyone wondering about the VCSO Tahoe in the background of the screenshots; I made it, it's not publicly available yet, it will be at some point when I have time to get it to a point where I'm satisfied.

Install instructions:
 
Place the Venturapd1 folder in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks

Open & edit your dlclist.xml & add <Item>dlcpacks:/Venturapd1/</Item> , found at mods/update/update.rpf/common/data

Place the els file in your els folder, you should be all set!

In the bustling streets of San Andreas, where chaos reigns supreme and traffic laws seem more like optional guidelines, there exists a force to be reckoned with: the San Andreas State Police. Clad in their signature white cars adorned with obnoxiously oversized blue stripe, they roar through the city with flashing blue lights, ready to pursue suspects at speeds that would make a Formula 1 driver blush.
 
A lore-friendly Arkansas State Police based pack. Please note that the pack is still WIP and other cars to be added soon.

The Siren Setting Limit Adjuster is required to stop sirenSetting conflicts with other packs!
 
The Gameconfig is required to support multiple addon vehicles, otherwise your game may crash!
 
The License Plate Changer is recommended to make vehicles spawn with proper license plate format.

Paleto Bay Police:
These liveries are based off of East Hempfield Township PA. The vehicles are not based on anywhere in particular. I'm aware they may not be 100% accurate, however, I did make changes based on things I did not like. Most of it is correct, minus the striping on the trunks of the vehicles. I used the liberty with missing modules to switch it up a bit. It's too often that you see a full liberty, so I wanted this pack to be unique. The lighting in the pack is simple, which I believe is fitting for such a small department. 
The lightbar looks funky in the screenshots because of my graphics. It looks normal in game

San Andreas Highway Patrol Minipack, vehicles that should be in megapack, but i don't want to keep them on my disk for another year, so i decided to release them, pack will be updated when any bug will be found, or when i finish another vehicles.
 
Big thanks to actuallyToxic, for making that much stuff and for help with it.

INSTALLATION:

1. Start OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the mods folder
4. Move the provided folder inside: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
5. Locate 'dlclist.xml': mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
6. Open it and add the following line to the bottom: dlcpacks:\barysahp\
7. If done correctly, the mod should be ready to use.

Complete Whelen Lighting Setup

This is a free release, for once in my life. I figured people may like something like this, the rollup doors, non-els, etc. 
I wish I had more things to put inside, but I don't so, enjoy what I did put there. 
The cage was modeled after a real life brush truck I found online so, it's real. Bumper too.
I completely scratch-modeled the cage and the bumper in blender.
Fully templated body & windows. 
Side step outer edge is paintable as secondary, I say make it black.
Cage is paintable via interior / trim
Doors rollup via trunk / boot

2013 Ford F350 Superduty Whelen FlatLighter Undercover
This my third free vehicle release ive done, but this one is a 2013 Ford F350 Superduty with a Whelen Flatlighter. Hold H for the light to fold up via an animation (or whatever your keybind is!)
If you use it in your servers, please make it look good! Don't make it look bad, because that makes me look bad!
