INSTALATION TUTORIAL

STEP 2: Navigate to x64/audio/sfx/resident.rpf/
STEP 3: export the vehicles.awc in openformat/insert mod/import vehicles.oac.

What this mod does
Every second, the mod scans through the peds in the world and check if they are part of any emergency service.
If it finds any, it will DISABLE AUTO-AIM on him/her.
>You can still shoot them by free-aiming.
>You can't kill those peds using melee attack with your weapon by accident
>Any ped not in the list below will not get protected (so you can still auto-aim at pedestrians etc).

This isn't just another Fed Sig Smart Siren mod. This is THE NYPD's SS2000 siren with the brand-new manual tone used since 2013. Comes with all tones (including hi-lo). You get TWO versions - one with the manual in place of the horn, and one with the bullhorn. (For new and old units.)
What you get in each:
Wail Yelp Pier HiLo/two-tone Manual/Bullhorn This siren's a great mod if you find the rumbler version annoying - all tones are 100% NON-rumbler.

About: 
Like the other minor screw-ups when it came to law enforcement peds in Grand Theft Auto IV,
our forgotten boys in the private sector fall into the same problem. This mod is here to fix it.
Isn't it odd why Security men are armed but never seem to have an actual gunbelt? 
A little unrealistic that no white guards are ever seen? Or why no properly-marked security vehicles exist?
This is why I took it upon myself to create a detailed retexture of G6's security officers and their patrol vehicles.

Bugs:
For some reason around the left shoulder on the class be shirt, there's a slim dark brown ring. 
I don't know why that is, but it is very minor and can easily be overlooked in my opinion.

OIV Installation:
Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV\pc\models\cdimages\

This is a list of controls for LCPDFR.  I printed a copy of this, and put it on my desktop, while I play.  This should help you all out there!

This file contains fixes for the various hooks required for most GTA IV mods including LCPDFR to make them work with the GTA IV Complete Edition. Please note that some features are disabled or might not work correctly as not everything has been updated. Most memory offsets have been ported to patterns to support future (if any) patches. Included are:
 
AdvancedHook.dll - Includes most of its original features except for the livery limit bypass. Many functions will not operate correctly as game offsets have changed
AdvancedHookInit.asi - Fully updated
aCompleteEditionHook.asi - Runtime fix for aru's C++ Script Hook (which is still needed!). Should be feature complete, albeit the original hook relies on field order for a few things and I might not have found all. The name is really just a simple way to make it load before any other asi files so it can fix up the hook early.
ScriptHookDotNet.asi - Fully updated except for the phone number feature
 
Installation
The files act as replacements to the original hooks with the exception of the aCompleteEditionHook.asi file, which still needs the original C++ ScriptHook to run properly. Feel free to change the name if you have asi files loaded earlier. Place all files in the GTA IV directory and launch the game. It is recommended to first install any mods before installing this fix to ensure you are using the latest fixed files.
 
Known LCPDFR issues
I only played LCPDFR briefly, so not much has been tested. One known issue is incorrect keys being displayed in the help boxes sometimes, for instance for the Enter key.
 
Support
Please note that I have no interest in providing any kind of support for GTA IV, LCPDFR or these fixes. I might update the files here occasionally to fix up more functions, but until then a debugger is your best friend if things go south.

LAPD Rockstar Intro replacement in which LAPD Crown Vic responds code 3 and uses yelp and wail keytones multiple times at intersection.
 
Installation:
 
Under your mods file their should be plugins, then sdk and the update. click update.then click update.rpf. then click x64. Now click movies. Now their should be a file called rockstar_logos.bik. Now before you do anything I recommend you save original, right click and extract. Now right click on rockstar_logos.bik then click replace. Find the LAPD intro and select that and your done.  I hope this was helpful.

Hello ladies and gentlemen of FR, We've gathered here today for yet another release by yours truly. Please note, as I have said in previous uploads and on discord. You may not upload, rip or do any major edits without my permission. Changing light colors is fine.
Do note that I mod for myself, meaning, I do stuff the way I think looks good. If it's sized wrong/weird, you don't like it, it is simple, Don't download it. Again, I mod for myself and do what I like. I do work and have a life outside of GTA so making and releasing packs are not a priority for me but I will release stuff when I feel it should be released. Army Callouts has 2 callouts so far but this is in beta. The callouts include Fleeing robber and Military vehicle stolen so hope you enjoy there should be another update tomorrow I will also try to update it daily.
