Ok this is what I get when I email the vehicle owner......Local mailbox malemute@mail.ru is unavailable: account is disabled. This model is downloadable stock and unlocked from gta4-mods. It was released DEC. 2011. Now if the author is out of the modding scene but I give proper credits what does the community think about releasing it? is it ok, not ok, what?

Yea I have done a ton of research a cannot find any. Lt.Caines are not unlocked. Thanks anyway for the reply.

I know the mustang and the impala are 2 different vehicles but.....If someone could point me in the direction of a 93 fox body mustang(trooper project). Or a 2003 Chevrolet Impala(unique project). I would prefer a Mustang just because of the retro ideas I have for it. They can be completely stock but they do need to be unlocked. Vehicle will be locked for release. Thanks again for any help you may offer.

Theres is a way. in the ELS folder where the "default_config" is scroll down to [ SECL ] and under that find where it says"DisableAtLstg3 = on" change that to "off" now when you get to stage 3 the secondarys should be off.- 534 comments

Gotta choose either or brother..... I usually do traffic. So the new plate reader script is awsome. Or use the bait car on the police helper. Yes to bad spawn in events cause game crashes.

MP games will crash no matter what you do. Make sure you do not spawn in random things. Keep mods on a min. Try to make sure your car models are the same. Crashes will happen in a modded enviroment. If one of you is still in game you should be able to spawn in. Don;t run both lcpdfr and bravehearts script. I mean go on duty but put yourself busy on either LCPDFR or the policing script so not so many things are spawning events.

Really! Going to court for this. No offense but sh*t is going to get stolen. Does GM,Mopar,FORD Quit making cars becuz it gets stolen? Everyone knows orig models they are. Ban them and be done with it, It is a game. Unless you are a main modeler for the original game you dont have a leg to stand on unless you have copywritten your stuff legally in writing.

Ahhh sh*t that is the authors fault. I didn't make the skins. Sorry. Im working on my second model release that has not been approved yet. Once that is done I will get you a new skin. Send me a PM and I will get you a new one if you are able to import it.

I sure can. I think you can remove it in the trainer if you have one. I'm not sure how but I've heard around that you can remove parts in-game like that.

2009 Capitol City CVPI v2 This is a dual level Freedon which started as a Whelen Edge by bxbugs123. Rear and front deck lights are color changing. Big thanks to bugs for his unlocked parts! You really just have to look at the vehicle in game and choose your favorite. Most patterns have a strobing pattern. I think the actual strobe pattern is x-07 or x-06 for the primary. A-01 is your default but its a good wig wag

2009 Sheriff CVPI This is an all strobe sheriff version CVPI. Has a special edited Whelen Edge lightbar that I took apart and re-modded. Deck and bumper lights started as the TX6 lights but after some work they are more strobe like now.
