I found this model http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/fbi-command-truck-3d-model/471589 which is great for a mobile command centre, but it cost money and I cant be online

They said it couldn't be done, but I did it and here is a an ELS police Boat To prove that it is working here is a video video might be pending so sorry about that NOTE-1 you must turn OFF (set to '0') all cars/bikes in the ESL.ini file for lights to work NOTE-2 this is a BETA so if there any errors please fix them let me know but do not upload NOTE-3 you can upload this file on other site but you need to give the right credits
