    @t0y when i turn on the lights on the Tahoe the antennas would keep flashing like disappearing and coming back

    I downloaded this mod installed it into the gta5 directory, The plugin won't show up in the rage menu. when i load lspdfr and go on duty it says Vocal Dispatch: There was an error while loading. check the Rage Puginhook.log please let me know if there is any way to fix this. thanks
