    "You will get a warning that the LSPDFR version doesn't match, but it will still load." As for the crashing, it happened to me as well and after looking through the crash logging it referenced that RAGENativeUI.dll was missing. I downloaded the file and placed it in the root of the GTA V folder and now BetterEMS does not crash when going on Duty.
