    This is one case indeed, but I have noticed that with the same plugins that I had previously on the same PC, now the performance is worse and I hread that the newest Arrest Manager does that. Do you have Arrest manager?
     
    Edit: I found out what was my problem - it was the plugin "Keep Calm" that was causing this. Getting rid of this plugin helped. Ooooffff. Feels good.
