so i live in ny and want everything nypd. I already got tOy's nys cars, new york police uniforms, and thats about it. LOL. And im just waiting on walters nypd pack. Any good nypd links that i should add to the game?

Okay so i went through all my other patchdays and replaced the default models with the modded cars and i also went to the x63e.rpf vehicles file and replaced everything with the modded cars but only some cars show up but it would just spawn the default car

OK i will be sure to do that. there is also a x64e.rpf on the main screen of openiv but not inside the mods folder.

There is no x64e and no other patchday higher than 17.

Yea i used the mod folder. I didnt quite get what u mean but all the car in the pack doesnt show up.

I downloaded a car pack made by tOy and i followed everything it said but when i get into the game to spawn the vehicle it did not show up and it just spawned the "vanilla" police cars. Car pack is

so i have been downloading car packs and in the readme text it always says place vechile models in your latest patchday and can someone tell me what does that mean?
