This is a Whelen Epsilon with alternate wail and yelp, and after awhile of looking I've decided to make this for Grand Theft Auto 5. The siren sounds almost exactly like the video below. This is my first siren so let me know how i can improve for the future!

The only bug I've seen is the Taurus disappears at a short distance. 
I did try an Impala but it crashed the game.

Features :
Template included, texture devs can only link to this download  Whelen edge by bxbuggs, red/white, light colors can be changed by editing the emissive textures in the ytd from red/blue to all red, or all blue.  you can enter the back cab can also serve as mobile command center

To install -
replace - rename vehicle file as needed, Use OpenIV to import the Files to "/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday9ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/" or the last patchday! 
 
addon  - use this mod till i can create an add on dlc.rpf Taco Po Po is backed up on projects
 
 
Fivem install:
extract the fivem folder from the download, and place the hazrescue resource in  your resource folder, add start hazrescue to your server.cfg and dont forget to install the els.vcf
This download will work with hazrescue so just place vehicle files and Els vcf for sgblocker.

This vehicle is fully customization, you can change the light colors, skins, decal, and window stickers, by replacing or directly editing the files in the ytd, ive provided some alternates in the download but not many. if you good with photoshop this vehicle can be anything you want, Marked, Unmarked, Undercover, etc. use a transparent texture for one of the liverys for unmarked and change the color in your trainer.  2017 GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain X

Based off of a Georgia Police Ghost unit, this pack started as a 2016 Dodge Charger and sprouted into the super ultra mega pack that it is now.
I released these on this day as a tribute to the victims of 9/11. It's an upsetting day for some families, individuals and communities. This is my way of supporting you. God bless.

For some reason people need to know how to install this. I have a custom game and DO NOT install over the default vehicles.
But here is a way to install...
Using OPENIV, navigate to: GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchdayXXng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and drop the .ytd and .yft files in there. The ELS VCF for this vehicles goes into "Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default PatchdayXXng stands for the latest patchday folder, which would be Patchday19ng by the time I'm writing this.

I highly suggest using these as ADDONS. I do not replace vanilla cars in my game so I am unsure of how to replace vanilla vehicles!

A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.
 
Q: Can you please make an ELS pack for my own personal town?

Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(
I try to fix those but sometimes it still happens. Go into vehicles.metafind the line that says diffusetint for the model and find the diffusetint value and replace the value with this<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

Q: Why aren't the lights working?
A: In some slots the car is placed in, the light may not work due to overwriting values encountered in the carcols file.
Q: Why do the lights work only in LSTG-3?
A: This car is over 30 years old. The lightbars they mounted back then only had 2 stages. Pratically LSTG-1 and LSTG-2 are for the traffic stop (rear yellow lights flashing), and LSTG-3 is for Code 3 response (all lights working).
Q: Can I take the DEV model of this car and customize it as I wish?
A: Yes you can. But don't forget to credit the original authors of the DEV model. If you don't wanna get in trouble. Hahahaha! I'm joking but just credit them.
