you need to downgrade the game. You will lose the other two versions of the game on that copy of it but you have to downgrade back to 1.0.7.0

hm? You mean ini files? I do not include those. These are ELS vehicles. If you guys are having issues using ELS, which I have heard, you need too downgrade the game completely. -
Right now, I am in the works of revamping the pack with better quality textures, the new blue paintjobs, add GCSO, add GCSO, and I am about to build a GSP pack!

Disregard those textures. I will either enhance them or change them completely. All upcoming packs/vehicles will have starchase units installed. These units, it's hard to see but they are built into the grills. I am retexturing the model so it's more distinctive. -

it is built to fit into the Liberty Law Enforcement Pack Yeah the original pack doesn't have wrap arounds but this vehicle is for a video series and is an "experimental" vehicle for the agency. It does have a ghost texture a special texture and I have some others in mind but if yall want this released just say it and maybe I'll release it I just love the lighting setup -

Sorry for answering late, you probably got it already but for anyone else seeing this, you can just downgrade the complete edition as you would the 1.0.8.0 version. BUT you do lose access to all other parts (Gay Tony, Lost and Damned) -

What are some agencies yall would like to see being built? I just finally got my GTA IV back so I'm kinda going crazy with wanting to model but I need ideas. I obviously won't do all suggestions but for the ones that i think would do good as free models or even full packs, I will try to do

So, people do really really bad (sorry to say it) when making Georgia based models (at least for GTA IV). Like not being shady or anything but like the existing mods are either inaccurate or just more innacurte. So I took it upon myself to start the Georgia project. I have the Georgia State Patrol in the works. I had the 2014 Charger, 2016 Explorer, 2017 Charger, and 2017 Tahoe (GSP) BUT I reset my computer and my backups all just maked the wfts and all the textures delete. So I have to rebuild GSP but luckily, I had these save. These are as accurate as any of the mods on this sight get. Not being cocky but I'm happy with what I did. The Taurus has black headlights because of a texturing issue, the 2016 FPIU rambar is too tall and too thin, and the charger is as accurate as I could find. They all have the SINGLE red bulb on the front and rear light stick. The ONLY inaccuracy is I wasn't able to put any other color on the rear of the lightbar and the interiors are empty but who cares about that. Hope yall enjoy, also, remember I do commissioned requests too if you want something specific and the prices are pretty low in the shop.
