Vinewood Police Department

The Vinewood Police Department is a dedicated law enforcement agency operating in the Vinewood and Vinewood Hills area. Operating since 1952, the VPD has had a brief but well-supported history. From the support of the local film industry, to the protection of tourists.
            
This pack contains eight vehicle models, which are detailed in the list below.

I am working on a update currently to have this EUP work for male and female players. I’m also revamping the badges and some clothing as well
 
I started work on this pack back in 2017 and had been a long road of work. Patches gave me a hard time and many more stuff such as badges, hats, and shirts. Back in 2017 before i made this i was just a normal LCPDFR player. Until one day i was looking for Illinois mods and found none so i learned how to make car skin and went to work. After i released my first mod for cars I had an idea to make uniforms to go along with it. So I learned how to develop for EUP and when to work. Now after release in 2018 i have been working to make them more realistic and will be adding even more departments in 4.0 for my other mod.

Features
These files will allow to use some of the EUP Outifts for your character but also for NPCs (ambient spawns and backup)

The files only cover the basics for now, so you'll the main agencies like LSPD, LSSD, SAHP, FIB, NOOSE, SASP, DOA, NYSP, SASPA and etc.
These configs doesn't includes RHPD, DPPD, BCSO and such, which means these configs only relies on EUP packs and nothing else. You don't need any particular car slots.
Although I am planning something else for the future, which will enhance your LSPDFR experience with more customisations, agencies, cars ans stations.

How to install:
Drag and frop the folder ''custom into: Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\data
 
Requirements
This mod is optimized to work with these vehicles pack.

Since EUP doesn't have it's own car pack to go with the uniforms yet, these files relies on different car pack made by the modding community, if you don't want to use these car slots and prefer either vanilla or custom setup, get the file without the addon vehicles. If you are car modder and you are interested in collaborating with other creators to make a Lore-friendly Car park tailored for EUP. Contact me on Discord.

NYPD FedSig SS2000 Rumbler + AIRHORN  for GTA 5!!!
 
The Rumbler is a pulsating, low-frequency tone that operates at 180 to 360 hertz, and sounds in tandem with a standard, piercing high-frequency tone. At the lower frequency, the sound penetrates hard surfaces like glass and doors more effectively than high-frequency tones, and helps generate attention in high-noise environments like "dense, urban traffic". In addition, the siren's low thumping sound often causes bodily vibrations in persons who are near to it. The Rumbler is about 10 decibels quieter than a standard emergency vehicle siren and is generally activated in eight-second bursts by depressing the horn in a Rumbler-equipped vehicle.

HERE IT IS BOYS AND GIRLS! The New York State Division of Police. After two months of literally the hardest work I've ever spent on models including I swear to god im not exaggerating hours of research and pictures, and spamming my Discord for help, and spamming the New York tag on my Discord for help. This pack includes 19 vehicles, but it is only 5 or 6 actual bases, it just includes a ton of variants for each vehicle. Includes Tahoes, Vics, etc. every single vehicle as accurate as possible to their IRL counterpart, except 2016 FPIUs, Chargers, and Tahoes and 2012 Caprices which will all be added in the future with Highriser versions. Some of the vehicles are outdated, so if you check the unit number and it's like a 2017 Dodge Charger it means that they have replaced it, I just kept these around because unique CVPIs in the NYSP are being phased out and if I did a modern day pack with all active cars they would be scarce. If you are overwhelmed read the "If you are overwhelmed" notepad because these are NOT add on, so you need to choose between vehicles , or add them on yourself and that file will 100% help you, along with the "About" notepads in each model folder. A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.

Q: How do I install X?
A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted 😞
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. This was my first release for gtav and I've come a long way since then. It has been several years since I have even looked at this vest pack and I likely wont pick it back up any time soon due to my focus shifting to other things. There are now many higher quality options available, both free and paid, and the version of eup these were built for is now outdated.
 
With all that said if you still wish to use them the textures will most certainly work with the proper vest models as they utilized vanilla vests (.ydd files). However you will likely have to find those vest models and install the textures to them on your own as the install instructions are most certainly outdated for newer versions of eup.

My first upload to the site I hope you all enjoy!
This pack started out as a single K9 vest for my own game but due to the interest in it I decided to make a few more and share them with everyone.
 
- These are vest skins for EUP with lots of options for each vest.
- Included so far are a vest for longsleeve uniforms, a vest for shortsleeve uniforms, and a vest for plain clothes units with several patch options for each.
 
- There are patch options that will work with any uniform (police, sheriff, etc.) and Lore specific options as well (LSPD, BCSO, etc.)
              - Patch options included so far :
                            -Police (flag or K9, 2 fonts)/ Sheriff (flag or K9, 2 fonts, Yellow k9 unit)/ State Police (flag or k9)/ Highway Patrol (flag or k9, 2 fonts)
                          
                           - Plain Clothes vest has 5 versions so far.
                                            -Police, Sheriff, or LSPD with 3 patch options for the back - gang unit / narcotics unit / auto theft task force.
                                            -I have added 2 early versions of U. S. Marshal skins as requested. These will be redone when EUP 8.0 releases.
