    Try this, I use to have this issue. This is if you have Nvidia Geforce experience.

    Just battled it myself. OIV said to update my update.rpf after lastest update.... all hell broke loose moral of story readd gameconfig holy hell hours lost!!! Finally back and give it a whirl.
