Love the main callouts, but the Random events need some work. For example, The trash out the window event reads "someone throw an rubbish bag out of their window" which isn't worded correctly, and more often blocks traffic when I'm doing a traffic stop than it is an interesting event. If there was an .INI file to adjust timers and turn certain callouts on and off, this would be perfect.
  3. Uninstalled PeterUCallouts, same issue with lighting on added police cars. And now I have no sirens! So I'm stuck with no flashing emergency lights, no light staging, and no sounds.
  4. I have PeterUCallouts, but not Ultimate Backup. I suppose I could try uninstalling PeterUCallouts.
  5. Just did a fresh install of GTA at a final attempt to fix this issue, but it still persists. Carefully installed ELS to make sure it was done properly, and downloaded a simple 2019 charger in police2 slot. Placed the META and vehicle files in their respective spots in OpenIV, and placed the xml in pack_default in the directory. Also installed Scripthook and ScripthookNET, as well as uninstalled/reinstalled ASI manager stuff. The problem I have (and every ELS car I install) is when they are spawned or being driven by AI, any emergency light on the vehicle is stuck in the ON position, no flashing, no option to turn them off. ELS staging does not work either (yes I checked Scroll Lock). When using a controller, the only thing I can get when pressing the right stick is wig-wag tail lights. I changed visualsettings.dat to 1200 day and 900 night. The lights are perfectly bright, but not flashing or turning off, as well as no staging options.
  6. Recently tried to install LSPD Car Pack here to add to my LSPDFR experience. I was rushing into it and realized after I was done, I put the folders from the download file into the GTAV folder itself and not my mods folder. In an attempt to fix it, I searched through my GTAV folder and deleted the files that came from the car mod and went through open IV and installed them the right way. The game still crashed. I linked my crash report, if someone could point out what I did wrong I would appreciate it! Thanks dalnaz-crash-report.rcr
