Sorry if it was in the wrong section, it became a support issue because now I can't open my game and I don't know how to remove the files.

So recently I have downloaded a new vehicle pack, this one for example. I have put all the files where they need to go, using OpenIV and also replacing/adding the XML files into ELS. I was trying to use this texture pack add-on to the vehicle pack I downloaded, I am just stuck on how to do it. I have watched videos and all the videos I've seen have multiple PNG files being dragged and dropped in OpenIV via the model viewer but these files only contain 1 PNG file per car and I don't know where to put them to get the skins working. Any assistance would be appreciated! UPDATE: Now after installing these vehicle models to my latest patchday, and the XML files to the ELS folder my game will not load. I get a black screen that doesn't go away and the game doesn't load up. I ran the LSPDFR Troubleshooter with no problems found. Verified the integrity of the game cache via steam and still will not load. Any assistance would be appreciated.
