So recently I have downloaded a new vehicle pack, this one for example. I have put all the files where they need to go, using OpenIV and also replacing/adding the XML files into ELS. I was trying to use this texture pack add-on to the vehicle pack I downloaded, I am just stuck on how to do it. I have watched videos and all the videos I've seen have multiple PNG files being dragged and dropped in OpenIV via the model viewer but these files only contain 1 PNG file per car and I don't know where to put them to get the skins working. Any assistance would be appreciated!

 

UPDATE: Now after installing these vehicle models to my latest patchday, and the XML files to the ELS folder my game will not load. I get a black screen that doesn't go away and the game doesn't load up. I ran the LSPDFR Troubleshooter with no problems found. Verified the integrity of the game cache via steam and still will not load. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Sorry if it was in the wrong section, it became a support issue because now I can't open my game and I don't know how to remove the files.
