I got the 8 core at a really good deal I was gonna go for the 6 core bulldozer but I won an ebay aution on a bundle package which also included the GPU but I look at it this way i have a good rig but a midgrade GPU so in a couple months i just have to upgrade the gpu and add a little more ram

Dude honestly I have an fx8120 8 gigs of ram an hd6770 600w psu and it runs gta on high without a hiccup you dont need a better card i dont know why everyone thinks you have to spend 250+ on a gpu my was 115 on newegg Also agree with you NB i just built mine and computers are 90% plug and play you dont need to be a computer genius to do it but a little know how will save you some time and head scratching

I'm having a small issue and its driving me crazy. I downloaded the CVPI K-9 unit from gpm and it comes with files for a blue light bar and blue and red bar I'm trying to change it from red and blue to just blue but it isnt working heres my process. go to sparkiv scroll down to vehicle.img go to police.wtd and select emerglights selcet import and import the blue light bar then save and start up game but i still have the red and blue am I doing something wrong?

This topic needs to be moved to the GTA IV thread.... If this is a stock computer straight from the store you probably need a new graphics card and psu possibly more ram its hard to tell without knowing specs

haha yeah us regular members can't see that topic. I'm glad she was proud. Mine would have looked at me then there would be an awkward silence and I'd walk away then she would look at my dad and say "What the hell is he talking about?"

Sorry for the double post I guess I waited to long to edit but I have question maybe someone can answer for me. I downloaded TBOGT off of the games for windows live client and I'm trying to to install the Radiance mod I have it installed on my original GTAIV and it works fine but i like TBOGT better, however, I tried to install it into the files for TBOGT in C:users/name/AppData/Local/Microsoft/xlive/(numbers)/(more numbers)/content/pc/data thats where it says to put it for the original only you do the c: rockstar games blah blah well bottom line it isn't working on TBOGT does anyone have an answer for this?
