As LMS and me said before, there are still the vehicles in the file. Also there are references for textures of RDE. If you don´t use RDE it could just make more problems. Then you should edit the files, so they fit for you or try another pack.

Was it the 16Charger? Maybe try 16CHARGER. Don´t know if it ´s important.

Your FBI-files are worng. Correct is FIB and FIB2. Also only use capital letters. If it still don´t work, post your ELS-Log

Is this beeps sound like it coming from Mainboard? Like the beep at startup? When yes, what Mainboard do you have?

Post a screenshot of your folder and I show it to you 🙂 I am not on my gaming PC at the moment. On your older logs, PSR always crashed your game. Please attach all the config files in your PoliceSmartRadioFolder. It´s the following path for you: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\lspdfr\PoliceSmartRadio\\Config

No. That just old ones. The actual one is always in the GTA-folder itselfs. Every time you start RPH the old log in GTA-folder would renamed with date and time and push into the log-folder. But the log from last session is allways in the GTA-folder itself.

Didn´t have anything to do with the crash, but uncheck all options in the RPH-Advanced Settings-Tab. Enable one of them could cause problems. Your crash was an ambient crash. Please try to spawn police4 by yourself. Therefore open the console in game (F4) type Spawn POLICE4, and if it spawns, it was a usual crash by LSPDFR. It´s been working out on the next update as far as I know. If it don´t spawn or your game crashed, there is something wrong with your Police4-model. But after this crash you can just load LSPDFR with the console again (Type Load Plugin LSPDFR or LSPDR First Respone, not sure 😄) and force duty. If you are tired of ambient spawn crash you can also disable ambient spawn. Therefore read this:

Please uncheck all options in the advanced settings tab of RPH and try again. If it still don´t work, please google for the d3d11.dll, download it and put it into your GTA folder. Also delete the startup.rphs. Then try again.

I downloaded it and look inside. It´s the same. 😉 Try this instead: The best would be if you download this pack and also the manual install of LSPDFR. Then delete every xml in your data folder and in your custom folder. Then take the custom folder and all xml-files of the data folder, which is in the manual install of LSPDFR and place them into your data folder. And then install the pack as written in the readme 😉

Your agency.xml is prepared for EUP & RDE it. That´s an error in you logfile too. Because the game looks for the RDE-textures. As far as i can see this crashed the game session of your logfile 😉 Better you will use another pack for EUP-Integration.
