I have no clue what this is and have never seen it before. While I understand what I need to do, Where can I actually change the "command line arguments?" I thought it could possibly be through Steam > Grand Theft Auto 5 Launch Options - but nothing was there. Thanks for any help! < Continued to fix it before actually posting. And I found the commandline text file in the main Grand Theft Auto 5 directory. Simply posting this now for anyone with the issue. >

[RESOLVED] I used Bright Lights as a light modification opposed to Radiance V Hello, I have had this issue in the way past and can't remember how I fixed it. Essentially, any ELS vehicle does not have bright lights - on the contrary, all default emergency vehicles work fine. In the large image, the Sheriff cruiser lights did not show for some reason so I added a smaller image up close. Thanks I downloaded Radiance V, and replaced the 'visualsettings.dat' in Open IV [GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data] And that caused my game to crash on startup when I launched the game, regardless of if I launched with Rage first or after starting the main game.

First off, sorry for late response. And yes, I have everything. It was working so well and all I did was restart my computer and so Rage Plugin Hook hit the fan. Thanks for help, I am going to fiddle with it for a bit more and then if that does not resolve the issue I will probably delete everything except for the base game files and then just extract everything back in and set it up. Edit: It's fixed, i did absolutely nothing except for wait a few days to re-launch and it's magically fixed. I am honestly dumbfounded right now.

Yes, the latest RPH and overwrote the files. Should I remove all of the RPH files and install a fresh one?

This has happened far too many times before. And its struck again, but this time it hasn't gone away. Just recently started playing LSPDFR again after a solid 2 years. I got all main stuff in, like LSPDFR+, Arrest Manager, Cars, etc, you know the deal. However, ELS wasn't working, so, I went and reinstalled it and also fixed a callout issue. Decided I mine as well clear up my downloads folder full of the scripts I had already installed and restarted computer. Little did I know, after restarting I couldn't play LSPDFR with RPH. GTA V launched fine. However launching RPH by itself, and launching it after loading base game caused it to momentarily freeze and then ultimately crash. I really cannot see the issue. GTA V along with Rage and LSPDFR had been working fine. I suspected it may be the anti virus, (Avast) but I added the exception again and nothing worked. I've also seen quite a few people, actually a lot with the same issue. Threads on here, Steam, Reddit, and YouTube videos but after a good hour I unfortunately cannot resolve the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
