The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have no clue what this is and have never seen it before. While I understand what I need to do, Where can I actually change the "command line arguments?" 

I thought it could possibly be through Steam > Grand Theft Auto 5 Launch Options - but nothing was there. Thanks for any help! 

 

< Continued to fix it before actually posting. And I found the commandline text file in the main Grand Theft Auto 5 directory. Simply posting this now for anyone with the issue. >
