Key differences from previous versions:
-Bus bike rack added
-Bus scaled down by 15% to match realism models with other buses I'm working on
-LED signage changed to using extras to use emissive lights
-Livery material changed to function with LSTransit mod
 
Both Bus Sim V and LSTransit mod will work with this bus! However, if your using
Bus Sim V, you will need to enable bus signage under SNT -> Vehicle Mod -> Vehicle Components
-> extras 2-9 for different routes
 
Template included to make your own bus livery!
 
How to install:
1. Drag and drop .ytf/.ytd files into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday18ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf (or whichever dlc folder you prefer)
   For Bus Sim V, drag and drop into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\bussim\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf instead
2. Add "FLAG_EXTRAS_REQUIRE" under the bus flags tagline in vehicles.meta.
   For Bus Sim V, edit this in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\bussim\dlc.rpf\common\datathis in vehicles.meta.
   This step is important for bus to always spawn it's signage!

If you are installing for Bus Sim V:

If you are installing for other uses:
1. Drag the folder novabus into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Add the following entry into mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml

<Item>dlcpacks:/novabus/</Item>

The main reason for these specific instructions is due to how GTA V spawns the color of the bus.
If not installed properly, the bus can spawn with very weird colors.
 


To change liveries with SNT, bus signage uses livery1. Main bus livery uses livery2.

Installation:
1. Be sure to have ScriptHook V, ELS, Community ScriptHook V .Net and LUA Plugins installed first!
2. Drag the ytf and ytd folders into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday18ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
3. Drag the ELS VCF XML folder into Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default folder
4. Drag the schoolbusdoors.lua folder into Grand Theft Auto V\scripts\addins folder
 
To open the bus doors and deploy stop sign and crossing arm, press ":;" key. 
 
To close the doors and stow crossing arm and stop sign, press " ' " key (the key for quotation marks and apostrophe). 
 
ELS arrowboard for stop sign can be used by pressing Alt + [ if you don't have the lua script installed. I tried to avoid
scripting lua for working crossing arm and stop sign but part of ELS arrowboard code seems to be broken on using a specific.
arrowboard type.

Installing SRU Addon pack
WARNING: If you are unfamiliar with installing addons, I recommend following these steps to ensure there are no game crashes!
Also due to how the vehicles are setup, it is NOT RECOMMENDED to use Albo DLC or any other third party addon modding tools (unless
you ABSOLUTELY know how these cars are setup!). 
1. Drag and drop the SRU folder (the folder itself) into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Add the following entry in dlclist.xml located in mods\update\update.rpf\common\data. 
   Mandatory to read the contents in the SRU folder.
   
   <Item>dlcpacks:/sru/</Item>
3. Install the VCF ELS files under Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
You must spawn these vehicles via a vehicle trainer (Simple Native Trainer preferred). The spawn names are c7sru, cobrasru, and skylinesru.
 
Installing AS350 Helicopter (TEXTURE ONLY!):
Since no model edits were made on the original AS350, only the texture file was uploaded.

2. Use the included ytd file to use the sheriff livery (rename to polmav.ytd for repalacement or as350.ytd for addon)

Unmarked 2000 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra R by SCPDUnit23
This is my first model conversion from Forza Motorsport 4 to GTA V, the Unmarked version of the 
2000 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra R, a high-performance version of the Ford Mustang designed by Ford's 
Special Vehicle Team division. This car is designed to crack down illegal street races as a 
chase car while maintaining stealth.
 
Template has been provided if you want to create your own liveries. All blue version of ytd and XML files also included (thanks to @Ezra).

Detective Ford CrownVictoria by SCPD
 
This is an unmarked Ford CrownVic mostly used by detectives to do... detective things.
Features a magnetic gumball beacon either placed on the dashboard or roof of the car (for this model its on the dash only) usually seen in movies.
 
Template has been provided to make your own livery as usual.
 
Installation:
PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN THE ROTATOR NOT WORKING PROPERLY!
If you have no idea how to edit carvariation.meta, I highly recommend putting this car in police4 slot.

Note: Please do not complain there is no interior parts in the vehicle (partitions, laptop, etc). I'm well aware of this and its meant to make the car as less
suspicious as possible and often used by detectives. The only equipment it has are dash cam, spotlight, console with police radio, and gumball beacon.

Installation:

1. Use OpenIV and install the car mods to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday18ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf (Make sure you install the cars in their given car slots. If you want to install these cars as addons or in a different slot, you will have to edit carvariations.meta)
2. Install the VCF ELS files under Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
3. Install carcols.ymt in mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data (REQUIRED FOR ROTATORS TO WORK! BE SURE TO BACKUP THIS FILE!)
4. Install carvariations.meta in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpchristmas2\dlc\common\data (REQUIRED FOR ROTATORS TO WORK! BE SURE TO BACKUP THIS FILE!)
5. If the lights does not seem to be flashing, set the diffuse tint value to 
   <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" /> in whatever car slot you replaced in vehicles.meta file.

Installation:

2. Drag and drop the VCF ELS XML file from the archive to Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default folder. THIS IS NECESSARY FOR THE ARROWBOARD TO WORK!
3. If the lightbar does not seem to be flashing, set the diffuse tint value to 
    <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" /> in whatever car slot you replaced in vehicles.meta file (You may need to do this for police4, fbi2, and sheriff2). 
4. The Ford Explorer has modified properties in vehicles.meta so the car handles correctly. 
See instructions in the car folders for installation.
 
Using the arrowboard: To raise/stow the arrowboard, press Alt + [. To activate/deactivate the arrowboard lights, press K (secondary lights). 
To change the direction of the arrows, press Ctrl + P to bring up the ELS Control Panel, scroll to the next pattern by pressing "i" (or Alt + i to scroll back to the previous pattern).

This is the 1993 Ford Mustang Foxbody designed to chase down high-performance vehicles.
 


Back in the late 1980's, Ford designed the Mustang Special Service Package based on the Foxbody in order to chase down high-performance vehicles. With the success of the CHP mustangs, Ford took on approach on other state agencies, including the Florida Highway Patrol and the Alabama State Trooper.
Now you can perform high speed chases in GTA V!
