    Try going into the settings for the Rage hook and go to Game Settings and open Command line switches and tick the DirectX 11 box and the Force Windowed Mode and see if that helps.

    This is because of the update that was released for GTA V. The latest version of scripthook does not support the latest game version. Until a new SHV version is released, I recommend reverting to backup (if you backed up your files) or removing SHV from the directory until the new version comes out.
