DirectX vs RAGE

Featured Replies

Hi.

YES! Finally a new ScriptHook update... But the joy was not lasting very long, sadly.

I can easily open RAGE and GTAV without any issues. I can only drive/run around in single player mode without any hassle.

But when I go in to the police station to go on duty, the problem occurs. After I have selected character and vehicle, and it sits on the road in front of the station, the car crashes.

I get alot of notification of several jobs I can attend to, but I can't move my car - in fact, I can't move anything. I have enclosed a screenshot of the error message I receive, which to me makes no sense.

I have tried disabling DirectX Hook, without any luck aswell. Does anyone of you have a solution? Thanks

Try going into the settings for the Rage hook and go to Game Settings and open Command line switches and tick the DirectX 11 box and the Force Windowed Mode and see if that helps.

If in doubt reinstall.

Force Windowed Mode seems to do the job. Thanks
