What line deals with els lights because I'm running into the same problem. Day ELS the lights itself is verry dim and barely noticed, not the reflection on the floor.

Look it the forums it tell you alot on how to mod to get what you need alot of people have posted the same also when you download the lcpdfr either .91 or .95 they help you with script hook and other things needed

I had this problem to I just disable the bloom in my enb settings still looks real good on my PC.

If your using modded cars sometimes it's because it's to high poly. What you can do is go into your file for first response and change preload models to true and it should work. It affect your memory thow so do it at your own risk.

The cop ped is policeman468 model and swat is the regular ped file. Both have textures that I edited

What preds are you talking about the cop or swat? It's the regular swat helmet just the texture is modified to look similar to the call of duty assault helmet
