    Hi everyone! So I downloaded the original version, then downloaded the version from this thread and replaced the original with it. Most of the features work, however I can't get parking tickets to work.I press E but nothing happens? Do they work for anyone else?

    I finally got the lights fixed, but now the sirens and such don't work with controller even though its set to true.

    For some reason no matter what button I press, the radio pops up, it interferes with like vocal dispatch. I changed in the config file to DPADright and when I click left, it still pops up.

    It requires a headset right? It won't work with laptop's built in speaker? I keep getting "VocalDispatch didn't understand.Repeat" Yet my voice recognize system on my laptop can hear me.

    I tried that as well last night, it didn't work.Thanks for the suggestion! =) At this point I gave up and just removed the cars and ELS.

    So Installed Radiance and Visual V, My graphics are maxed to the highest settings. Yet no matter what car I download, the lights are extremely dull. I went as far as uninstalling my game completely and reinstalling everything, and still nothing works. And I even have trouble getting some cars to show up. The sirens work when I press J and I can the lights flashing on the tail lights, its the lightbar on top I can't see anything. Edit: Sorry I didn't see all the other threads about this until now, and I read somewhere not to hi-jack other people's posts.
