Features
NOOSE TRU Ped Model (from Yard1) edited with the jacket and pants from the LSPD SWAT Ped Model (from Yard 1) changed green and white helmet texture to black / grey NOOSE will now use tactical glasses which were colored from dark orange to black / grey some texture fixes (e.g. no more texture overlapping)  
Requirements
OpenIV (https://openiv.com/)  
Installation (automated installer)
check if you already have another swat ped model installed because files will be overwritten unpack the archive and start OpenIV navigate to:"Tools/Asi Manager" and install "ASI Loader" and "OpenIV.ASI" navigate to:"Tools/Package Installer" and locate the .ovi installer install the files into the "mods" folder  
Uninstall
start OpenIV navigate to: mods/x64e.rpf/models/cdimages delete: "componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf" and "pedprops.rpf"

My first skin.  Los Santos Paramedics.  Still a work in progress as I update it when I miss a spot that isn't cleaned up.  Adding new details time to time.

This file contains LAPD style vehicle textures for the city of Los Santos. The FPIS is still a work in progress and I only have 2 liveries for that vehicle. The 06 CVPI and the 13 FPIU both have 10 liveries with very subtle differences such as license plate numbers and aerial roof markings. I believe the vehicle models are no longer available for download, but I can email you the models upon request. Just message me on here with your email address. 

I improved the LE Revamped textures for the belt and added some taser X2 textures. These textures are compatible with any ped that has the same duty belt. The tasers are no longer dirty and are now cleaned up.

Just a small LSPD pack the skins are partially based off a local police department. The reason for such a small variety of vehicles is I tried to only use vehicles with Motorola computers.

Hey Everyone, 

So I got tired of filming my LSPDFR Episodes for my YouTube Channel and seeing all the Golf Carts out in Blaine County with no license plates on them (Real ones anyways)and having a valid reason to pull them over for it. 

Where I live in Southern California there is a law that allows you to register your golf cart to use on city streets however its only in certain cities that it is allowed (Mostly Older/Senior Living Communities) and you see the things all the time at the grocery store and being driven around town by older folks but with obvious restrictions (No Freeways, Blocking Lanes or Flow of Traffic)(AND IF YOUR WONDERING, THEY ARE TERRIBLE DRIVERS USUALLY LOL). 

So This is a Real Simple Edit. Just add's a License Plate on the back and front of the caddy2 model. BUT WAIT, THEIRS MORE,  The Front and Rear License Plates are 1 Extra (extra3) so sometimes you will see vehicles in violation with no License Plates(May have to change the car variation file to get it to work properly) so you may still get a valid reason for no plates but they will physically not be there instead. 
 
-Admin please move if the "Misc" Section wasn't the valid place to upload this to. I figured it would be vehicle models but as simple as it is I didn't want to clutter the Vehicle Model section with this small and simple edit.

Model is unlocked because not much was done to create this.

Its here. With VPD done I moved to TO. This is a LSPD pack based off Toronto Police paintjob. All my usual things are included, multiple skins, different unit numbers and plates, etc. Keep your eyes peeled as this may very well turn into more than just police. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section.

San Andreas State Police
 
One of the few state skins not done yet I decided to go with Rhode Island state police style. Simple clean and in a cool grey colour I actually started to really like the look of these skins and use them in my game. Hope some of you enjoy these. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use then importing all the skins then save. Hello everyone, I bring you the first but not last release of LE revamped. This new cop features a new belt retextured and modified, thanks to yours truly and a big shoutout to EVI for giving me permission to release. This cop works perfectly with the holster mod. This cop can now where his vest along with your choice of holster with gun, holster without gun and now with leg holster. This guy brings realism back to the game with retextured uniform to bring out the authority in any situation. You have the choice of using the yellow taser or the black. Also it comes with new head textures, i just didn't take a pic with my busy schedule. But anywho Happy modding and more peds to come.
