    Whenever I try to run GTA5 with any ASI plugin installed such as ELS, TrainerV, ETC, the game will Just say that it's already running and wont start, but when I delete any ASI plugins I have installed, it starts up fine. I have ASI loader installed via OPENIV. Please help.

So i watched this video on how to install sirens, and i did everything he said to do down to a tee, but my siren, car door, horn, and tire sounds are not working in the game, i reverted my resident.rpf to get the old sounds to work, but i want a different siren tone because the vanilla ones suck ass, i was using modern siren pack btw, any ideas on what to do?
