Hey! im Officer Hawk, yes i just started. i have just one question... when you download lcpd 9.5 on pc, will it go on desk top or start? If its none of these then say how to get on on it.

When you download lcpd on to your pc will it go on desk top or on start. if not on one of those, how do you get on.
