    you must be installing it wrong, it works for me with the newest rage check your in vehicle settings installed wrong

    I downloaded this like 5 times and put it in the game as the files say so, I can't get it to work with whatever I try, I even watched youtube videos and did it the same way and it didnt work. I hit C to open the radio and nothing. Your help will be great thank you.
