Stop the Ped will only work if you also have Compulite and Ultimate Backup installed, make sure you have the latest RageNativeUI as well.

You will have to add the GTA folder as an exception in your anti-virus, it's fairly common.

I had a look at policing redefined and it states it is not compatible with StopThePed+UB+Compulite, so probably a good idea. If you want to use it though, delete the other three and get PR and the damage tracker framework. As for your folder, CommonDataFramework in plugins is part of Policing Redefined.

Try with just LSPDFR + RPH and see if it crashes. If it doesn't, then one of the plugins may need an update.

Thanks! So PolicingRedefined is reporting missing files. I see you have the latest RageNativeUI, do you have Damage Tracker Framework installed? As it is one of the dependencies for PolicingRedefined, and I can't see any information about it in your log.

Oh no not the RagePluginHook.log, it should be a launcher log, it will generate if you have -log added to the RPH commandline options. It should generate even if the game doesn't load

It will be in your main game folder where your RagePluginHook.exe is located

So your game works fine with just LSPDFR is that what you are saying? And when you have compulite, stoptheped, and ultimate backup installed, none of those plugins work? Do any other plugins work? (apart from the vehicle mods and ELS)

Sorry that I can't help further, I will try asking other staff but this is a unique issue from my experience anyway.

It has reverted to the legacy localization so I'm not sure what way the regional settings are configured on your Windows. Considering it works with the Bejoljo plugins removed I think you will have to contact them for support, I'm not sure what else to suggest from my end.

Okay it still seems to be using Unicode 8, go back into the regional settings and untick the unicode 8 support now that you have changed your region. I'd recommend restarting your pc after that and then trying

Okay, I would suggest trying a different region, and if that fixes it, then you will have to either use that region to use the mods or you will have to contact Bejoljo to get him/his team to add your region to the mod.

What language pack/region is your windows set to? I suspect the plugins will need to have support added for whichever you are using

Okay we are getting somewhere, now the plugins are reporting using Unicode but I'm not sure why it's still not working. When you said this, did it stop the game crashing altogether?

So what I mean about localization is that, reported by RPH: Windows Code Page 1252 is actually a legacy language and I think it is unsupported by those plugins. You could try switching to a Unicode format, or at least enable Unicode support by: Windows Settings > Time and Language > Language > (Under Related settings) Administrative Language Settings > Administrative tab > Change system locale > and enable the "Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" If that doesn't work, you may need to contact Bejoljo for Code Page 1252 support and no worries at all! Troubleshooting is a tedious process, we will figure it out eventually!

Okay so you shouldn't be having issues with it. Based on your other replies, at this point I recommend just getting your game back into a normal working state without mods first before we add anything to it. There could be residual files left over from mods.

When you tried without RPH did you disable your mods folder? I need some more information in order to try find the issue

Do you get this error when starting the game normally or do you have mods installed?
