Hello, What do you mean by the RPH startup file? as in the RagePluginHook.exe? If that is the case then you need to add both the game folder and the RagePluginHook.exe as exceptions in Windows Security, simply disabling the anti-virus won't stop it

When you installed ScriptHook and ScriptHookDOTNet did you ensure to copy all files over? Someone recently had a similar issue and they never installed the x_input.dll that came with scripthook

Are you accessing the character creation with the console command? That could be why. But glad to hear it works for you anyway!

It seems to be crashing when loading the Character Creator scene, I would suggest going to GTAV/lspdfr/chars and moving your character out of the folder, and creating a new one I would also suggest loading into singleplayer normally first and then starting RagePluginHook, there seems to be occasional issues with starting LSPDFR with the game launch

Can you upload your latest RagePluginHook.log from your main game folder?

Is this a new crash? Did you try renaming your mods folder?

No, it will most likely be one of the mods in the mods folder

Do you have a link to the mod you are talking about? Is it an addon or replace vehicle? did you use the openiv mods folder?

Do you have a vehicle mod for the 'sheriff' ? Because that's the last thing that happens before the crash. If so, temporarily remove the mod and see if it was the culprit

You have an old version of LSPDFR, make sure to update to the latest version and use the included RagePluginHook

Okay that's good. I would just reduce the settings temporarily, to see if it at least lets you into the game at all
