    That topic has been covered numerous times in the comments. You definitely can replace the "regular EUP" with these textures. As a matter of fact, by releasing in PNG format, I've allowed people to more conveniently replace the desired uniform texture with a PNG of their choice, rather than being forced to replace the YTD I choose. The textures are in the pack. The fleece model (I'm assuming that's what you're referring to) isn't available anymore to my knowledge.

    It can be used in SP for sure. Just replace your EUP textures in OpenIV and it should work fine

It is based off of Atlantic Beach, FL and I liked the design so I figured I'd go ahead and release the liveries. The pack was made using the templates from Redneck's Valor pack, but the liveries should fit any vehicle with the same template. I don't play much single player or use ELS so I'm not entirely sure which vehicles to link for you guys but I may update the pack over time to fit more vehicles (maybe). The pack is pretty small but is inspired by the real life ABPD vehicles so I preferred to keep it realistic in that aspect. There are a couple of K9 variants and some supervisor variants as well to mix it up, along with varied unit numbers. If you see any issues feel free to let me know in the comments. If you have requests for any other vehicles I may take some so just leave any requests in the comments or join our discord and let us know what you would like to see! FAQ Q: Why aren't my lights bright? A: You do not have light-enhancing mod (Visualsettings.dat.) Install a mod like RadienceV or something that will make your lights brighter.     I'm not really sure what that means. 8.1 is almost identical to 8.0 so unless something major changed there's no reason to redo the pack

    Class B shirts should be under Short Sleeve Uniform Shirt and cap skins (I'm assuming baseball caps) are under Baseball Caps

    For the reason posted above and probably several times in the comments section. So people aren't forced to install and .ytd just to extract the image and import it to another desired uniform location. PNG format is easy for everyone and gives you the choice of what to replace, rather than what I randomly selected for my own game.

    Like I just stated above, and it's been covered already in the comments, most stuff replaces SAHP stuff and probably some other stuff, too. Why? I don't know. That's what I chose to replace when I made the stuff. It's easy to change, that's why they're ALL in PNG format; so you guys can change whatever you like, and replace anything you want without having to open the .ytd and extract it. It's pretty simple to change from _003 to _002.

    Because I wanted them to be .png files. PNG's make it easier for people to replace whatever they want and see what the texture looks like without having to put it in OpenIV.

    To follow up on what HeavyWolfPL said, each .ytd contains one texure. So you don't need to even rename anything like I misstated before. Just find the texture you want to replace, BCSO in this case and replace the image in the .ytd with the corresponding texture. Hope that helps.
