I suggest updating your install of EUP as it's working perfectly fine on the latest version of LSPDFR and integrates nicely with the character system.

I believe this issue is caused by the "StopThePed" plugin, which is also no longer required with LSPDFR 0.4 as the functionality is now built into the game. Try removing this plugin and see if your game works 🙂

Try opening your RPH settings (hold shift while double-clicking the RPH.exe icon) and setting the "Plugin timeout threshold" to 60000: Let us know if this works for you guys 🙂

I'm not 100% sure what this issue is, but based on what you've described, it sounds like a memory issue. Try installing all three of the following plugins and let us know if it fixes your issue: Gameconfig for Limitless Vehicles Heap Limit Adjuster Packfile Limit Adjuster

Correct. "sheriff2" uses the handling line from "FBI2" by default, as shown in the stock vehicles.meta: <Item> <modelName>sheriff2</modelName> <txdName>sheriff2</txdName> <handlingId>FBI2</handlingId> <gameName>SHERIFF2</gameName>

Have you copied the new update.rpf via OpenIV?

I believe that these are NPCs involved in a current callout, although I could be wrong. Why don't you roll up to them and see if you can interact? 🙂

Menyoo is known to cause issues with the current build of LSPDFR. Please remove it temporarily to see if your game is able to load. Additionally, please make sure that you have completely UNINSTALLED all previous versions of LSPDFR before updating to the latest version, as your error log suggests an out-of-date DLL or plugin.

You'll need to post the contents of your RagePluginHook.log file, which can be found in your main GTA V directory underneath RagePluginHook.exe (if sorted alphabetically):

You must update ALL of the following items: 1. RPH 2. GTA V 3. update.rpf via OpenIV 4. ScriptHookV for script mods This will likely fix your issue.

For those of you who are having issues with the "infinite loading screen loop", be sure to remove all ScriptHookV files from your game directory AND copy over a new version of update.rpf for the new title update. Be sure to back up anything you've modded within this file. If you have a custom gameconfig installed, be sure to update to the latest version for 1604, such as this one. I found that removing dinput8.dll and then re-installing it via Open IV did the trick to make this work.
