I love my dual blues (blue/blue). They are my favorite! But when I use them, I get a blue and red instead of blue and blue glow. Is there a way I can change that? Thanks! Sorry if this is in the wrong place (I think it is...). Didn't see any answers in the forums.

Wow, your GTA is acting really stubborn. But I don't get how that can be happening to you. Where did you get the game? It could be fake or maybe have some sort of corrupted file in it.

Ya well, I have absolutely no clue what to get, haw to form, or like keep lines strait and stuff, so that kind of slaps me in the face XD. But thanks for the little pep talk. I'm re downloading my IV right now. I added a ENB (which I really don't need...) that totally crashed my ELS and Trainer...

OKAY,OKAY! This happened to me before. I recommend starting from the beginning (re download). Make sure it will start after fresh download, of not, then you might be missing a form of component or something. Then before putting the mods in, remember to put the patch. Then put mods in like RC2, cars etc. etc.. Sometimes, after putting the mod in, it won't start because GFWL needs updating. If all goes well, it should work. THAT IS HW I GOT MINE WORKING. I highly recommend posting the diagnostics from the G17 diagnostics tool, that is your best bet of getting help. There is my 2 cents...

1. TIP: pull over car by hitting of coarse SHIFT, then hit it repetitively until they try to flee. 2. I don't think so... 3. RC3 should have more stuff like that. 4. What? I have no clue... 5. That is in RC3

I mean I hate seeing this thread right here, or any of the other, because I bet that if these posters saying "I want it now!" got it, would then be saying bugs, error, help, crashes etc. etc. just like Asuna and Sniper said. So I mean really, I couldn't be happier with what I have now. They are only doing this for us! They don't get PAID for this (other than donations...)! They don't even have to release RC3 or 2 or 1, but they did...

I am up for a challenge! I know modding isn't easy AT ALL, but I have a dream car. A CVPI (which I have) and put the lights from on it. But my question is, is that even possible? I just need everything but the lightbar from the tahoe. Any help is great.

That I don't think is a mod... You have to get EFLC.

I'm having a blast with my pc and IV. I have an old HP Pavilion a1340n. With Intel Pentium 4, ATI Radeon xpress 200, 2 GB of memory, and 250 GB Hard Drive. It is a little laggy at points, and a couple restrictions, but to me it works pretty well (ish). I have ELS, RC2, SNT, TowService, and MostChameleons car pack v2 (i.e. all law enforcement cars changed and all have x4 liveries that all go together, and a couple other things like helis etc. etc.). All I did was always follow the EXACT instructions.

OH! I get it... I thought you had to put in in at the VERY bottom...

Thanks! Testing now. Ya, didn't work...what did I do wrong. I went to where you said, found vehicle.ide, made it not read only, opened in notepad, went to very bottom, where it says "end" just after I put +livery. got it! Thanks! +1 to all!

But where do I find it. Under the main directory, models, what? If I click either one in the directory or models, they both show can not open, search internet for this etc. etc. P.S. I have Windows XP Service Pack 3 EDIT: None off them are read-only

So I saw I needed to add +livery to the last line in vehicle.ide, but where do I get to the text? Do I use text editor,OpenIV,SparkIV... I don't know. Very confused...

Depends on what version of IV you got, I got 1.0.7.0. so if yours is the same go here: SparkIV 0.6.6.zip
