I am. I ran it clean. -_- Wait... I didn't COMPLETELY uninstall the game before reinstalling it... I bet amazon doesn't replace files that are already there... EDIT: Yep, I was right. Because after reinstall, all the mods were still there.

I reinstalled it, but after that didn't work, I re downloaded it completely. Sorry forgot to mention I had done that.

I cant get any of my text to show up anymore (i.e. Credits,Play button, Quit button, Pause Menu Text) It is all just blank. I tried re downloading it, but nothing is working. Thanks!

I am switching the CVPI Fire Chief with the new Ford F-150 by policefanatic, but don't know what to switch with the Dodge Challenger. I also saw this one video with a Pontiac G6-G8, but I don't think we will use that. All thoughts like I said, are accepted. Hey thanks man! Nice to know! That really makes me feel much better about going through with this idea. EDIT: I'm going to switch out that CVPI Fire Chief with the new Fire f-150, but of course with the same lafd skin. I also might switch out something for Yakadafi's Dodge Challenger. The patch you use and lcpdfr do not matter. It depends on what version of IV you have. If you have version 1.0.7.0. then get patch 1.0.7.0..

Even if someone posts the download link, you wont be able to access it. They are under maintenance, and nothing is able to be downloaded.

Okay, to start off, That download doesn't come with the cars, just the looks of them (Liveries). And second of all, like others will say, ELS mapping isn't easy. It takes lots of mistakes, practice, and patients. Also, if you found out what cars are in those pictures, they are already ELS equipped. But the siren part is a different story. I recommend using a siren from maybe LCPDFR. There is a good one on here that I personally use. You just have to use SparkIV and replace the default siren.

Well alot of that is all in a combo. And the video Card is in that. I was thinking (because I will take anything other than my current 3 - 9 FPS pc) that I will start with that, and then if I want to upgrade it, I can. Get what I'm saying?

When I did my first downlload with xlive.dll it all worked untill I added a bad ENB. So I redowloaded it and tryed it with dsound.dll, and it wouldn't stop crashing So I downloaded it again with xlive, and now it's working fine.
