  1. The first thing I did was download C++ Library pack and the .net framework 4 thing. Then I proceeded to download the LSPDFR install thing and installed it. (For a side reference I also put that xfile.dll thing in my folder if that would make any difference) Anyways I start up the game and all is fine and dandy but when I go to press ALT-P to go on duty nothing happens at all. I did the scan and it told me every thing was fine.
