ok i know there are topics to this already but nothing seems to help. i am using an enb i found on here its 1.0.7.0 ENB Graphic Mod 2.1c when i use els the lights are to damn bright and i adjusted a few things and nothing there is a bright bright orb when lights are on or when a car goes by... so and advise or fixes? thank you. update so now after turning off my computer and then back on gta 4 wont load at all... crashes at the first or second load screen! now what??

And people who are found modifying ps3 or 360 can get hit with some problems they don't want.

the only problem i am getting now is that my speed radar wont work! lol but i am finding ways to fix this problem. my police helper and everything else works just fine though. game crashes are to a min now. i can play the game from 30 mins to an hour now. no problems.

I may have to try your guys advise! I will keep you guys updated hope to fix this issue!

i am not sure how to fully unistall it. forgive me for being stupid but how do you fully do so? honesty i want to use it looks fun. and i removed script file. edit i also have been using your updated vdh i am loving it!!! thank you! now to get the game to stop crashing so i can see what all it has to offer me in game play! hey buddy im sorry i didnt mean yours. i believe i may have one of yours that im using already. i like the alaska trooper cars since atleast they seem to have the wig wags i like on the crown vics. edit i am using your trooper car its the unmarked one that i believe u released recently. i love it by the way.

im sorry for long delays. i have been busy working. yes i use custom cars. sadly i cant use any of the new alaska state police cars and i cant use snipers new policing mod. i had unistalled the new vdh helper and then my game hasnt crashed as much. so were can i find the specs on here since this laptop was given to me by my buddy who came back from over seas. thank you for all your help.

oh shit my bad i thought u meant mod them as in make changes to them my self as in making my own cars... not replacing im sorry... not too sure what the specs are. i can get that in a bit got to head out. be back in a bit

GTAIV not responding

i installed the new vdh helper and the new policing tools made by sniper. since i took them off i am still having my game crash after a minute or a few seconds. any help would be nice. is there other ways to unistall the policng tool by sniper? i dont get whats going on! any advise would be nice thank you.

All I would love to see is when u make a traffic stop people don't just run into a wall or whatever they find a good spot and stop. And then on coming traffic should slow down and move over that would be sweet. But like others have said no clue if can be done!
