How did you fix it?

I'm not sure if this is a rage hook issue or not. When I load lspdfr it loads fine however the console command f4 will not work. I have to close game out and restart and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. This affects EUP menu and any other plugin that needs rhp. Any thoughts. The attached logfile rhp actually worked but I still have lots and lots of WARNs RagePluginHook_04042019_235027.log

I've installed all the eup and jurisdiction+ but I still have lots of WARN in my logfile. example: [WARN] No gender specified for outfit variation. Don't know why. RagePluginHook_04042019_134416.log

I just downloaded jurisdictions .xml. Will try that.

looks like I solved it. I think my ragehook got corrupt. I reinstalled it and now f4 key for console works and so does eup menu. Now I just have to re download search and res.

So I uninstalled eup8.1. I deleted the eup folder in open iv and deleted the eup in the plugins section. I then reinstall eup law and order and now my f4 key has no function and my eup menu no longer comes up. Why? RagePluginHook_04042019_115929.log

what I ment was while in the police garage when you select thru the departments hp patrol has it's own slot and in open IV that spot is police4. so when I call for backup and select LSHP thats what actually arrives. Same with any other agency.

I have this issue after updating to law and order 8.1. Only the turtle necks. However it is rather stylish.

I am trying to learn learn this. I have a caprice that I have painted TN state trooper colors. The light bar lights are all blue except for the ones in the picture. The are all yellow. I have changed all the reds to blue and the light bar still shows yellow in the ytd file. How can I edit the light bar or make my lights represent this setup. Also do I need a specific program to edit models or light bars if it isn't a simple fix.

This is puzzling me. I changed all my emergency light .dds files to blue lights but when I'm in game the reflected colors on the walls are red and blue. my lights flash blue. Do I have to edit my els .xml file for that? THX

When I played lspdfr 3.1 I had this problem and forget how I fixed it. When I have a car pulled over and I honk the horn or hold it down the ped freaks out and takes off killing people and then crashes. How do I fix this. ELS is involved in this. THX

Answered my own question so I'll share the answer. Police4 is LSHP. Police 1,2 and 3 are local police cars, or city police cars however you slice it.

As the title says' when in garage I se a selection for lshp vehicle' I want to ad my own car to that particular spot but dont know what its called. anyone know? its not police, sheriff etc Police Police2 Police3 Police4 Sheriff Sheriff2 PoliceB PoliceT Polmav Riot Policeold1 Policeold2 Predator Fbi Fbi2 PRanger

WITH THE 8.1 UPDATE can I update it or do I have to uninstall 8.0 and install 8.1?

I hope this is the right place to post this, I am going to try and make me some liveries, aka car paint schemes. Some of the models I download come with templates, some are white backgrounds with police vehicle model in the foreground and others are all black background with police vehicles in foreground. Are these the same? If not what is the significance of the background color?

I went ahead and uninstalled it and reinstalled it now it takes the key changes fine, Technology is sometimes not technology. Thanks all

As I said it doesnt matter what I change it to, it still displays double menues. FYI default is B not C

I like ultimate backup and even with the latest update I still have conflicts with lspdfr B keybind. I have changed my Ultimate back up keys and lspdfr keys and they both still default to B and all I get is menu on top of menu. Has anyone figured this one out.
