I'm not a big computer guy, so I need some help as to what gaming laptop I should get. Is there any good runs that are under $500? I am mainly just interested in running Grand Theft Auto V and a few other games. Please let me know! Thanks!

This doesn't seem to be a graphics-related issue. Try re-installing the game, and then ELS. Make sure all your files are up-to-date.

It may be that you have a high-poly, one that your PC can't handle, model installed. If that's the case, restore back to the default vehicle or replace the one with the high-poly model installed. Try to re-install the tow truck model and see if that helps. Good Luck!

Click Edit, Open, choose the file to compress and click OK. Click Project Rate and choose a lower value. Click the drop down arrow next to name of the audio file and select Split Stereo Track, select Mono by clicking on the drop down next to the two tracks. If you are using Audcity.

This has happened to me -- however it doesn't effect my gameplay. I run it even with two .asi loaders. It's gonna happen depending on which kind of scripts you install.
