    Hi all. I have this weird issue with vehicle lighting where it looks as it should while inside the vehicle, but upon exiting it, weird spheres of light appear. Here is a video outlining the issue. https://gfycat.com/infamousinfantilechrysomelid

  2. EUP outfits for NPCs?

    Is there anyway to make custom outfits for NPCs? I'm using the NYS Trooper EUP pack, but I cannot figure out how to apply the same outfits to NPCs. The data in the EUP wardrobe file does not match the data that needs to be changed in the backup files. Thanks in advance.

    This pack is amazing, I love it! Only disappointment is the lack of D Troop cars and the newer 2016+ Chargers, but otherwise it is absolutely amazing.
